I contacted her unsure of what we wanted. She was so sweet and patient which was so appreciated given the circumstances. Everything was so smooth and easy. As I was walking towards the back, she barked at a couple of people saying that it was a "look only" section and not to touch. I was a little caught off guard even if she wasn't talking to me. Then my husband came in with the baby. As I was taking the baby out she reminded us that she didn't allow kids to walk around in her store and preferred we didn't set him down even though we weren't going to. It just felt not as inviting as I would had hoped.
