AAA trees Done Right did a good job with the removal. There was one small error that resulted in denting the custom gutters. AAA did take responsibility. The problem came with the stump removal and grinding. The stump was so large it left a large pile of shavings. So much so that by the end Terry couldn't see the stump. Therefore, the ground stump was uneven and not low enough. Worse yet was they didn't clean the mound of shavings up. Terry said it wasn't included in the price. Buyer beware! Unless your contract specifically states clean up your bill could be considerably more costly or you could be left with the removal yourself. We will be using CM tree service from now on.

Plus, there was zero hassle dealing with them. Zero. From start to finish, it went smoothly. The initial sales, estimates, explanations of choices were simple and clear. The crew and their foreman were skilled and answered all my questions. The office staff were similarly responsive, clear and prompt. And finally, the final inspection was detailed, caring, and even provided a great recommendation for the next project, replacing windows wrecked in the same hailstorm. We're using the firm recommended. When I was young, my Dad ran a construction company, 1960's and 70's. I loved going to job sites with him. I'm no expert, but I've done a lot of remodeling since then. When I couldn't handle something, I've hired a number of contractors over the years. It has never gone this well. Why not? They all express caring, but that's not enough. Equal parts caring and expertise, both at very high levels, is what gets this extraordinary quality.
