We did not have to wait long for our waitress to take our order or for our food to arrive. Great tasting food. The chicken was amazing. Had a great smoke flavor. Great portions. My daughter and I shared the half chicken plate with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and an extra side of the honey brussel sprouts. To die for by the way. My husband had the sample platter. So much food we had to take some home with us. Plenty of parking and the food was very fresh, especially since we arrived there at 8:30 and it closes at 9:00. We also had their new shrimp wrapped with wontons and chili sauce appetizer. It was also amazing. The only sad thing is our waitress did not tell us her name so I can't give her a shout out. Easy access on and off the freeway. Highly recommend if you're ever in Miles City.

The Bartender, Jess, remember me each time I came in remembered my order, and even when the bar was super busy she managed to come by with freshies without having to be flagged down. By far the best bartender I have encountered there's in my travels. The bar itself has plenty of space for activities, a pool table, shuffle board, juke box, and a dart board. The "casino" was a typical bar lotto section similar to Oregon and Washington. Just there with bright colors and ready to take your money. The food comes from the restaurant, the Joseph. The food is good, decent quantity, but great quality. The nachos, the burgers, the derailer, everything on the menu is quite delectable. On sundays they do a buffet style potluck for donations. This is the best bar I encountered while in Montana.

The steaks were some of the best we've had in Montana. Even the baked potatoes were fresh and hot as fire, and you know how rare that is when paired with steak in most restaurants. The bartender was very friendly and helped me get my voice back (laryngitis) with a cup of warm Brandy he prepared for me. And lastly, the servers were very fast and friendly. They were attentive to what we asked for, and no one's drink ran dry. Thank you Longhorn! Such a pleasure to find a good restaurant/bar/steakhouse in a tiny town like Rosebud!
