We hired Tim Davis Construction in July 2021. We had roof damage and needed a new roof put on …read more We paid 1/2 up front and the other half upon completion by his request. He has his workers out to put on a new roof . We were told he would be out for a final inspection the following week . ( I had already paid the 2nd half and my check cashed ). Tim never showed up for the final inspection after being paid in full. A few months later , we were installing windows and could see the top of the roof , mind you the roof is 30 feet up. The roof was incomplete and missing screws on about 1/3 of the roof . We called him and told him, he returned to see and agreed it was incomplete but he needed equipment to finish the job (which we already paid for ) after several called to him , he still has not returned . I would not recommend this company due to the poor quality of workmanship and lack of customer service. There has been no attempt for him to complete his job or return our calls or texts . He was paid in full. BEWARE , subpar work and HORRIBLE customer service .
