I don't carry cash, and I prefer to use my business debit card for record keeping purposes. Worse yet, the younger of the two women in the office failed to give me tracking numbers on a package. She gave me a handwritten receipt which was hard to read and incomplete - NO tracking numbers. It took several days before I could call them, and I missed the deadline for entering it in my records (which resulted in a penalty). I should not have to go to this extra effort because everything should be printed on the records provided.

He stared at me while I spoke and when I was finished, he said without any emotion, "thank you for your feedback." I did not receive any acknowledgement that he had actually heard what I was saying, and I certainly did not receive an apology. The lack of empathy that I experienced from someone whose career is rooted in serving people that are grieving is astounding. To echo my sentiments from yesterday, Mark, I suggest that you examine how you treat the people that are coming to you in one of the most difficult times in their lives. The way you treated me yesterday was at best, poor customer service, and at worst, cruel. I hope that you embrace this as an opportunity for you to learn so others won't have to experience the same treatment that I did.
