YellowCab's service was rubbish, avoid their delivery like the plague
I ordered Pizza at 10.50pm last night, they claim they tried to call, but when they did call back later my phone was fine
At 11.31 I get an email saying they have not even started my order because the branch does not have a credit card machine.
It took the 45 minutes to tell me
If your branch does not have credit card facilities they should take their franchise off them, this is a simple thing.
THis was the Newport Branch and it has a consistently bad online rating, maybe Yellowcab should look at that.
Then when I called thier contact center told me to go online, redo the entire order again and pay online, I told them where to shove that.
I rang yellow cabs hotline to talk to a manager and they wanted to send me an email with a link to pay, it was now after midnight and the order has not even started, why the %#@$%@$@ do they think I am going to sit around another hour for them to make and deliver pizza.
Any decent pizza chain, given this is their fault, would have done something resembling customer service.
When I tried to send feedback online even Yellowcabs IT systems are rubbish, so no wonder they can't deliver pizza
