It was not easy to find a reputable and reliable contractor who would lay carpet in our home (not sure if it's the location, or because we did all the tearing out of the old stuff/floor prep ourselves). The response from Guy that I received to my initial online request for a quote was immediate. Guy was great at understanding exactly what we needed. Once we agreed on a price and the specific carpet we wanted, Guy kept us in the loop with regards to ordering the materials (even finding a better priced option) and locking in the installation date.
