Last minute the chef canceled and his replacement was in no way a chef. She was a very nice woman hired to cook who produced nearly inedible food. Our chicken breasts were like jerky and the asparagus was a complete waste. When this company was approached about the discrepancy of services promised and cost of event they merely canceled the remainder of the meals and left us to do it ourselves with a marginal refund. Do NOT hire this company if you want to be pampered by chef quality food.
