We recently hired Chef Talley for a retreat event, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Despite initial agreements, the chef canceled at the last minute and substituted another individual without our prior knowledge or approval. The food provided differed significantly from what was originally discussed and did not align with the agreed-upon quality standards. Upon inspection, it was discovered that a substantial portion of the food was pre-packaged and store-bought. We encountered difficulties in resolving these issues with the chef, including an inability to recover a portion of the payment.
