One of the most important condidions for us was that all items should come in the same day at evening (20.00). And this point was negotiated and fixed in the agreement. First surprise was that, that in day of delivery service office called and said they do not make delivery at that time and will bring furniture 2 hours earlier, even though in shop we agreed on other time. After they brought all boxes to our apartment we have mentioned that sofa is missing. As you migth expected nobody informed us about it.We called to sales point where they explained us that, they have a new worker in there warehouse and he probably forgot about it. They promised to bring the sofa next week. So, That week came... day of delivery... nobody calls. At evening we called ourselves again: they said that can not bring it this week. All in all, I do not recommend to purchase anything from that company unless you want problems and stress. Best regards

Once you place an order with the store, they will raise their hands during delivery and will say that it is not there department and chase somewhere else. I have been waiting for my £1000 back for order cancelled since 22 days and now the case is with the bank. I will recommend whomsoever reads this to be aware before visiting ENZA home or Dogtas. They are operating by different names and will just take the deposit and get ready to be harassed.
