Scheduling the appointment was fairly easy, got one within a week from the day I called. They even mailed out a packet for me to fill out before my appointment. Arriving to my appointment was abit confusing. The Cool Spring plaza has a couple of HMH family care doctors. This particular one is located in the front of Cool Springs (facing ring road). I parked in the back of Cool Springs, behind this office. I signed in and set up my insurance and other info they needed. I was surprised to have a wait time about 20 minutes. The waiting room was super spacious and a couple of Tvs on and some reading material. Once called back, did normal check up and meet and greet with my Dr and was on my way. Super easy check out and made way to the lab literally a couple of doors down. They were super quick and efficient. I was in and out of there less than 10 minutes. Let's see how it goes when I am sick.

The medical assistant told us we would be seen next because there was only one patient before us. At 2:45 we had not been seen by a doctor or NP. We decided to leave. Every room we passed by was empty and everyone was standing back talking and yet not one person asked if we needed help. Disgusting practice!! I will never take my granddaughter there again. This was the 2nd time a mistake and or neglect was made concerning my granddaughter . I'm reporting today's episode to Baptist Health Patient Advocate.

Both Victoria and Pedro Baula are excellent doctors. My daughter has been going to the clinic for a…read morefew years since we moved to Etown. We never have to wait long. Most importantly they put my daughters health first. They make sure to remind me for any vaccines she might need. They're very informative when I have questions. My daughter got sick and Dr Baula was quick to recognize what might be wrong and request the test she needed. Thanks to Dr Baula we found the illness and she got treatment in time. I absolutely trust these two. They're well educated and highly experienced and I love the care my daughter gets at their clinic.

Never been to this office and refuse to go for this reason: called to see if they were accepting…read morenew patients, person asks me what insurance I have which is typical but what they said after that shocked me. They told me to have my medical records sent to the office so the doctor could review them and he would determine if he would accept me as a patient after that. Now what ethical doctor picks his patients like that? I also heard of someone who was asked over the phone what kinds of meds they were on and when they asked the receptionist why, they were told they would not have been accepted if they had been on certain drugs. Unbelievable. Something just isn't right here.

The…read morenurses are friendly and I felt really good about my first appointment with Dr. Goodman, as I was also diagnosed with PCOS, he was very informative and I thought we had a game plan to get me back on track. But the fact that I had to ask for him to do his own bloodwork on me was a red flag. (Which he did not do.) He was a second opinion for me, and I feel like he looked at my previous records and just decided I had it versus doing his own tests and coming to that conclusion on his own. It just made me uneasy. And the second visit was cold, quick, and useless. I waited for an hour to see him for 5 minutes and all he did was give me a prescription. I've heard some of the other doctors are good, but I won't be back, and have since found my new favorite doctor at Norton Women's.

The waiting room is open and inviting, with plenty of sitting, reading materials and TVs. They have a quick and easy check in process. They always accepted the insurance changes I went through, they accept credit card and cash payments. However my favorite Nurse Practitioner has moved to another speciality and I had to choose another dr. This has only happened twice since I have been there. I get my results discretely and reminders for my check up in a friendly postcard. I will continue going here for the convenience and the staff.

She had an opportunity through Casey's Law to go to rehab for a real chance at recovery. The court took Dr Zoeller's recommendation over a true addiction specialist! I don't know if I'm more angry at him or the judge! If she dies, I'll blame both of them! Stay in your lane Zoeller!

I pray she has the staying power to stay with this practice. I can't say enough good things about her and hope she stays the honestly good person she is.
