Hired this company in 2025 and regretted the decision almost immediately. What was promised to be weekly lawn cutting, bi-weekly flower bed clean-up, and both Spring and Fall clean-ups turned out to be completely arbitrary with expected tasks not completed or completely forgotten. On numerous occassions Shakeel promises you one thing and never delivers. He doesn't do any of the work himself and contracts everything out resulting in little to no awareness of what was, or was not done. What's worse is that there is no accountability and you'll end up chasing him to complete what was both paid for and promised, often with little to no results. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. My only regret is not seeing the review posted on Feb. 6th, 2025 before contracting with this company.

Living next to a house who has paid for this company's services is a nightmare. Every snowfall after I clear my walkway of snow, sometime by the afternoon this company will shovel their customer's walkway onto my property. It is disrespectful and unacceptable. There were numerous occaisions where I have approached and confronted the snow shovellers to stop dumping snow onto my property. The snow shovellers will apologize but then repeat the same offense the next snowfall. My neighbour does not care about resolving the issue and has told me to take it directly with the company itself, which I have by calling in to report my complaints. The company only knows how to apologize but does not correct the problem as it happens every time they come by to shovel snow. Absolutely awful company that has no regard for the neighbours of the households they shovel for.
