He was so engaging and made both my husband and I feel so at ease. I thought it would be so awkward given that I was to be topless in front of a man with my husband there, but Dr Rosen was so professional it was no issue at all. I booked my surgery date there and then knowing that if i mulled over it i would never do it. That was so easy to do and organising payment was a breeze. Everything was explained thoroughly and i was so excited! A week before surgery I have my pre-op appointment, we confirmed sizes and exactly what was going to happen. Last minute I asked Dr Rosen if he would be able to correct my c-section Scar as I had an unsightly over hang. He was so accommodating and they were able to schedule this procedure at the same time. OMG what was i doing!!! On the day of the surgery i was super nervous, however Dr Rosen greeted me and as always made me feel so comfortable. I was in his safe hands and had nothing to worry about. He marked me up with the Sharpie and there was no going back. Yesterday they called him to remind him that his surgery date was Oct. 20th (it wasn't) and then verified that it was in fact scheduled for today, and then informed him he would need to be in at 6:00 am. Then they called and said he could actually come in at 12:00 as surgery wasn't until 1:00. This morning they called and said that they just noticed his cardiologist hadn't signed off on his EKG results (which were fine). My husband couldn't reach his cardiologist early this morning so once again his surgery is cancelled. The office called him 30 minutes later and said they spoke with the cardiologist and got clearance so he could come in for his surgery. At this point though my husband had already had a cup of coffee so couldn't have gone under anesthesia.This is a horribly run office and he definitely won't be rescheduling with this practice!
