Since then, he has thrived thanks to the warm, nurturing care provided by everyone at The Learning Experience - Hopewell. I have cherished every drop-off and pick-up, where smiles and a palpable sense of community greet me. We decided to start the au pair process before fully realizing the impact and quality of care here, and I only wish we had come here first. While we are committed to our current path, we hope that our son will return soon, where he can reunite with the teachers and friends who have supported his growth and development and brought us so much joy.

My son has never been to daycare before and he was three going on four. once I came here to visit…read moreI instantly fell in love everybody is so caring, nice, & eager to be there. the facility is very clean, very friendly ..the kids love it there ..my son loves it there. he wakes up every morning and says hes ready to go to school. He is learning so much... how to write his name , when his birthday is... how to sing the alphabet and I'm sure many other things he just comes home and surprises me every day.. this school couldn't have been a better decision . His teacher ms.Sheri is the best. She is so patient & you can tell that she loves what she does ! That makes me feel alot better knowing he is in good hands while im at work. I'm very happy and will be sending my other kids here in the future.

I'm writing this review with the hope that it can keep other children safe. We had children in this…read moredaycare for around 2 years and saw it decline significantly in safety and quality during that time (not unrelated, The Goddard School franchise was bought by a private equity firm in 2022, which means they are compelled to maximize every drop of profit). Note: Goddard Schools are a franchise so the 'brand name' also does not mean much because any particular owner can do what they want with their school. Our baby had a head injury while in the classroom that they did not inform us of. Only after we had to go to the ER over the weekend, did we then find out about at least one accident at school (we never got to the bottom of all of them but there was video footage of one). They also forgot to feed on at least one occasion. Now that we are at a different daycare, we also see how poor the level of engagement from teachers was at The Goddard School - the babies were left in containers like seats for the majority of the time. The key issue seemed to be putting very inexperienced staff in the room (and often different people each day) to cover when the main person was out. Our eldest, at the beginning of our time there, would come home with lots of art, we would get tons of pictures of different activities, but from 2022 onwards things changed and we had about one picture per week, oftentimes it was of the kids in front of a screen. A lot of days at pick-up the kids would also be in front of a screen. Our child would have frequent injuries from other kids, that do not happen now that we started in a different school. Overall, they are sacrificing safety and quality in the name of profits. Please avoid, if you value your child's health and development.

The education of my two young boys is very important to me, even though they are still quite young…read more We attended two different preschools in the area before enrolling in The Goddard School in Newtown, Pa. My boys have been with The Goddard School for almost three years now and I could not be happier. My kids have learned so much during their time at the school. They love Yoga, they speak Spanish, they do Sign Language, they are very creative with their art projects, they know their ABCs and also the sounds each letter makes. There is so much compassion in the hearts of the faculty - they were truly meant to be in this industry. I had so much trouble pottytraining my younger son - he wanted absolutely nothing to do with the toilet until he met Miss Ginny. She had him pottytrained in a matter of weeks, it was amazing. My children can't wait to go to school each day. I started them with a three day a week schedule but all they wanted to do on their days off was go back to school! They are now on a five day schedule and they are thrilled. The faculty really goes above and beyond the call of duty, doing some things like: * having my son color on a piece of paper and then making me a birthday card * taking pictures of my children playing and emailing them to me while I am at work * making them crowns on their birthdays * letting me know all of the adorable things my boys said and did at school all day They have a Daily Activity Sheet that they give us each day that is personalized for my children. They tell us exactly what they did for art, music, language, science and math that day. There is a spot where they write how much of their lunch that they ate, how long they napped and a memorable moment that the teachers shared with my child that day. I cannot imagine being more thrilled with a preschool - and like I mentioned, this is the third preschool in the area that we tried. I have recommended The Goddard School to several of my friends who have also enrolled and they are just as thrilled as I am. The faculty truly makes us feel like we are part of their family and that is a fantastic feeling!

They do great entertainment for kids, and the kids are in good spirits. I recommend them!…read more See Tammy and Katerina, I kept my word. I hope to see you again.

Really didn't like this place for the following reasons. 1…read more I find their way of caring for children, very 2 Dimensional. They seem to have a single set way and thats how its done. They don't care for the individual needs of each child and if the child doesn't seem to grasp certain things as soon then they are punished. Example being; my daughter kept wetting in her diaper. I informed staff that she doesn't wear a diaper anywhere else other then daycare (this they enforced) and she doesnt wet anywhere else. The continued to refuse her to be without a diaper and punished her when she wet in it. She would be made to sit in the main office every time she had a accident and even the lower level staff said it was very unfair and that my daughter was starting to withdraw. it was painful to watch until i just stopped bringing in diapers and stopped her wearing them. And of course she stopped wetting herself! who would have thought i would have known best. i guess the final straw come when they attempted to charge us $500 extra for their summer camp. i'm already paying $1200 a month so i asked them what the $500 was going towards as all of their summer camp events were free such as water play or a trip to the local park. I was told that my daughter could sit in the main office during the summer camp if we didn't want to pay for these free events. (like she hadn't already been traumatised by the main office). i informed them i was happy to pay but if i'm paying $500 extra, could i have a breakdown as to what i'm paying for? Again they dodged the question and said that i could withdraw her for summer camp. We found an amazing camp at Big oak Summer camp which was so so amazing and we even saved $300 a month so we withdrew her for the summer but was told she would have to leave before graduation! So my little girl never got to graduate from daycare because of this petty issue. Anyway, when it was time to return at he end of summer we asked when the start date was, where we were informed that my daughter had now lost her place at the day care and we would have to wait for an opening!!! We of course were never informed of this and didn't even receive a closing or a goodbye. that was it..... gone! I still have my key to access the building!!! my experience was so terrible with this place from start to finish but it really was a blessing in disguise. I realised i brought my daughter here because they were cheaper but that was very irresponsible of me because i really got what i paid for. My daughter now goes to a much better daycare which cost more but is AMAZING!!! If i can help one family out by this review then ill be happy.
