When we met Phil for the initial consultation we were impressed with his attention to detail and quality and how much he cared about doing a quality job that looks great. It was clear he took a lot of pride in his work. As the work progressed, they appeared to be in a rush to finish the job. The quality of work and materials they used were very poor. I have had to take away the soils they used for the grass and garden beds because it was basically sand and rock that grew nothing in it. The rock walls they built are falling apart and anytime there is a bit of rain the Dirt behind the rock wall is coming through the big gaping holes. They also concreted random pieces on the outside to cover the holes instead of building it properly in the first place. I hired them to renovate my entire front yard and driveway (which they hired out to another company) there is pooling of water on my driveway exactly where the stairs begin to go up the house so when it rains you have to leap over the puddle To get to the stairs that lead to the walkway. They were big talkers when it came to customer service but unfortunately there was no follow through on their word to provide quality service. This job was very costly and I have much regret in hiring them to do the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything.

We met with Teigan Scott and Jill Forman from VI Outdoors, had a great conversation regarding our landscaping project, were promised they would do the landscaping design (once they received the payment, it will take 5-10 days) and then they could start the work 2nd week of May. We agreed, we paid for the design and waited two weeks and didn't receive anything. I started calling, but no one ever answers the phone (the only time they did when they were expecting $). I sent several emails, then finally got an email back with an excuse, why we didn't receive anything yet, with a promise to get something soon. When we finally received the design, you could see that it was done in a hurry, plants were put where there is no room to put any plants..anyway, in the email we were asked to make changes, which we did the next day, again in our email we asked if we are still on the track to start the work in Ma, as we are now in 3rd of April. Once again, no reply. I left phone messages and emails, then we got an email back from Teigan, apologizing for the delay and a promise with a time line when she will get back to us when they can start the work and when can we receive the design changed, which was supposed to happen with in days. Once again nothing, after two weeks, we sent them an email asking for a refund! After 9 weeks all we had was poor preliminary design version! After that we never heard back from them. Left messages, sent emails no reply. Save your money and time, do not hire this company!! Unreliable, terrible customer service.
