Firstly you think you are hiring a company that has their own excavator well they do but they don't. Ken Clark has another business and that business has all the equipment that he rents to do the job and then bills you for the rental of the equipment which by the way is close to $ 1000. and then you are billed for the excavation which is another $1000. By the way this hole that was dug out is 13 x 14 and 25 inches deep. They broke the sewer line and guess how much they charged us to fix it? Let's just say it cost us $58 for piece of 3" pvc. They took away the asphalt but not any soil. Then you have to plead with him to come get his equipment from your place after 4 days of it just sitting there getting in the way. My son paid $600 to have an excavator come and did a much bigger hole...wish I had got the first guy that said he would do the job.
