Had Artisans grade a portion of my lawn then seed it. They did a pretty good job of grading it, but…read morethe hydro seeded lawn is one of the worse jobs of hydro seeding I have seen. I complained to them and was told due to a cold spring nothing was growing and that it would pop when it warmed up. I waited and contacted them again and they again assured me it would take off, but they would stop periodically to check on it. The grass started to grow, in spots. I have bare patches and thin grass where weeds want to keep growing. All the weeds were treated, but with all the bare spots, they keep showing up. Looks like I will have to scuff rake it myself and buy some grass seed to fill it in. I don't believe they ever came by to " check it". Not happy at all with the way the lawn turned out. Paid over $2000 and I now have to work on it myself.

We ended up venturing over to Klucks Nursery and sat down with Aaron. He asked us what exactly were we looking for. Green bushes, flowers, easy to take care of, etc. After that he brought up a google image of our house and we showed him where we wanted to plant these at. After figuring out how much space we had and roughly how much sun gets to that location he started to plan. He threw out a bunch of different ideas and then showed us the plants he was talking about. We went home and thought about it. Then we went back to Klucks talked to him again and then went back home. Then a month later went back when we knew 100% what we wanted. He never once seem annoyed or hurried. You could tell he truly loves his job and put in time and effort to really make sure it was going to look nice. Everyone told me Klucks is expensive. But 1. I like to buy local, 2. I wouldn't of gotten that great of a service anywhere else, and 3. it is true when they say you get what you pay for.
