I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this party rental company! I came across their store front as I was driving by and I'm so grateful that I was able to conduct business with them for my celebration needs. From every point in the transaction I was met with kind and accommodating staff and above all, respect. The person I initially spoke to, Oscar, placed the order for me. He was super friendly and answered my many questions. While securing the order at the store, Miguel, Sr. wrote down my specifics, Miguel, Jr. helped with pictures through text, and his little brother Geovanny helped deliver and pickup the order. DLB appears to be a very unified locally-run family business and their values are apparent in everything they do. A nice feature they also offer is an array of party packages available which include different quantities of chairs, tables, canopies and jumpers. These package deals take the guesswork out of figuring out how many rental pieces are needed and are offered at a discounted rate, sweet! Miguel was prompt in his text responses and promised pick-up and drop-off times, which made my party planning so much easier and less stressful. The delivered rentals were also very clean and free of apparent marks and stains. The set-up was meticulously well-executed and we discussed how the sun sets on my property and which canopy would be best suited for my needs. I plan on having an event within the next few months and the convenience and value DLB offers is well worth my repeated patronage. Thank you DLB!

Extremely disappointing experience. I have rented from this company THREE different times simply…read morebecause of the convenience of their location, and unfortunately, all three experiences have been the same. They give you a promised delivery time, but they never show up when they say they will. Instead, they consistently arrive AFTER the party has already started, leaving us scrambling and inconveniencing everyone involved. Renting tables and chairs should be one of the easiest parts of planning an event, but this company has made it unnecessarily stressful every single time. What is the point of scheduling a delivery time if you can't count on them to honor it? Three chances is more than enough. Unfortunately, I won't be renting from them again. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need a company you can actually depend on.
