I have used this service twice and have had a wonderful experience. First off, I speak with Sam every time. She is the nicest person! She always answers all of my questions and helps me with anything that I need. The drivers have been very pleasant as well. The rides were both very smooth. I would highly recommend using Yankee trails instead of stressing about driving/ renting/ traffic. etc.. As soon as you get to the port, the driver gives all luggage right to the cruise ship so you do not need to lug it on the ship. With young kids this amazing! My daughter, and I recently took a bus trip to NYC to see Wicked. The bus driver was given the wrong tickets. To make a very long story short, we had a sit on the bus for a really long time while one of the staff brought us the new tickets. This delayed our entire day, and we got to the city late and missed our reservation to the Broadway museum. Our entire day was rushed and not the best experience. I fully understand that people are human and make mistakes. What upsets me most is that I have reached out to them 5 times over the last 3 weeks with no acknowledgment. No response whatsoever. I have called, emailed, and used the messaging option on their website. I also responded to their survey. Customer service has gone way downhill while prices continue to climb. Very disappointed. Horrible trip to Arthur Ave, Bronx. Tracey was our driver...very nice but admitted she had never done this trip. Told us we are being dropped at the Bronx Zooand that it was only 2-3 blocks away. WRONG!!!She gave us no directions..only a map of Arthur Ave. We walked over 7 blocks (3/4 of a mile)by walking tracker. In 90 degree heat thru very seedy areas.This was beyond outrageous having seniors on the bus that could not handle all this. Nevermind having to walk back again to go home. I called Monday morning after our Saturday trip from he'll. A so called supervisor ws less than sympathetic and said she would check with the driver.I had to press her for a call back. Still waiting! Booked a trip to Nordic Lodge.Very, very unorganized!! Some had 'reserved seating', the rest of us were told no guarantees if you are traveling together that you can sit together on bus (1st time hearing that was when we were boarding the bus). Some had a 'reserved' table at Nordic (which doesn't take reservations-the organizer got off bus 1st to reserve table for certain passengers). When we arrived only had 90 minutes there (usual time is 2 hours to eat plus time extra to chill on their beautiful grounds).Restaurant didn't seem ready for amount of people on bus. (No itinerary or we most likely wouldn't have gone. After many complaints, the time there was changed to 2 hours but still not enough time to enjoy the grounds. Brad the driver was excellent! He drove safely! Not our first bad experience w Yankee Trails but most likely, our last. (1st was a trip back from a cruise out of NYC- Oct 2019-waited for over 2 hours in a cold rain by the pier before our bus showed up). read more

We were on a one day trip to Turning Stone, The trip was great but the bus driver was rude and unprofessional. He was was yelling at people for taking too long to board the bus. Most of them were elderly and several had canes. While he was talking about the time for leaving, he yelled at some passengers who were talking. He said "there will be no talking while I'm talking, so be quiet!" Several people asked him for his name but he said we didn't need to know that. I found out his name by looking at the Yankee website's list of bus drivers. Charlie Skuse was obnoxious and needs to be retrained on how to be professional and respectful to the passengers. I've used Yankee Trails several times to go to Yankees games due to its cheap prices, but it's not great. To shed light on, the buses are old and the seats are not comfortable at all. In addition to this, they always play some terrible kids movie on the bus and it's incredibly annoying. Furthermore, I've met some incredibly rude people on these buses so I suggest trying to keep to yourself. For instance, there were a group of teenagers on the bus who were swearing and flipping off other cars and nothing was done about it. Also, you are supposed to get back to the bus 10 minutes after the game ends yet some people will take hours and the bus will not leave without them. At any rate, I use Yankee Trails because the prices are cheap and I hate driving to the city. For the most part, Yankee Trails is cheap, but it has tons of problems. read more

We used Yankee Trails to go to the Port of NY in Manhattan to go on a Norwegian Cruise. The bus drivers were both friendly and helpful. We were late getting to the departure point as we got lost (we're from Pulaski, NY and weren't familiar with the area). The driver called my cell phone and waited for us. The people on the bus were very understanding, and we left about 5 minutes late. We were met at the port and the driver was on the lookout for the passengers. The disembarkation process on the Norwegian ship was terrible and took much longer than anticipated, but the bus drivers realized and were patiently awaiting all of us. There are no companies that provide transport to the Ports in NY from the Syracuse area, so we would take Yankee Trails again if we go on another cruise from NYC. read more

This 2 day trip was a DISASTER! We were scheduled to go to NJ for a luncheon / show and continue on to Bethlehem PA for gambling and Christkindlmarkt. While on our way to NJ we were told that our 11:30 lunch/show was changed to 2:30 so we had 4 hours to kill due to the change. We went directly to the hotel but it was too early to check in. Most of us got something to eat to tide us over. Then as we were getting ready to board the bus for NJ, we were told that Yankee had screwed up the reservation (wrong date ... Dec. 2023, not 2022) and we were NOT going to NJ, but Yankee would pay for us to go to the buffet at our hotel. Many of us had just eaten and the buffet food was lacking in quality. To give us something to do, our guide arranged to have us dropped off in downtown Bethlehem . Most of us were not dressed warmly enough for a 2 hour walk in the cold and dark on uneven brick sidewalks. After walking in and out of the local shops we just wanted to go someplace warm with seating. Two hours was too much time to be outside in the cold especially for some of the elderly people on this trip. We then had a local tour guide for an hour who was knowledgeable about the area however it was too dark to see anything other than some holiday lights. Our bus tour guide Kathy told us that Yankee Trails said the reason for the screw up on our reservations was due to not having enough employees. I find that to be outrageous and poor customer service. You should not be scheduling trips if you don't have enough employees to confirm reservations. If they can't confirm a 2 day tour, what happens on a 5 day or longer tour? Basically Yankee said this was a screw up and there was nothing they could do. Ron, the bus driver was outstanding! Kathy, our tour guide did the best she could to keep us entertained on the bus and find other things to do on day 1 of our trip. This was not the trip we were told it would be and not the trip we paid for. I give it a C - rating . Yankee needs to own up to their mistakes. we started our journey in Sarasota Florida heading to Fort Lauderdale to get on our cruise. had to make a few stops along the way to pick up more passengers. supposedly this was a new bus. we stopped to pick up passengers in Fort Myers and someone on our bus noticed a red light on the dash indicating a problem with the bus. The bus driver ignored this and continued on to our port. we were on a very busy interstate I-75 when the bus suddenly pulled over against the guardrail and came to a stop. it seemed the engine coolant alarm had gone off and when this happens it shuts the bus off so as not to not blow the engine. According to the bus driver he called for another bus and also the police. A few minutes later he told us that there were no buses for us and we would have to get our own Ubers! Most people on the bus were seniors. we couldn't exit the bus because we were against the guardrail and the door wouldn't open. we now had to be lifted out of the bus , over the guardrail and onto sloped grass. We were stranded for at least 1 hour or more. No police showed up at all until the last Uber driver was there. And because of this some people missed the cruise because they didn't get there on time! 44 people stranded on the bus and they have denied any wrongdoing. Left us to fend for ourselves and no refunds issued. After getting back home they contacted the passengers to sign releases of any wrongdoing. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I recommend never using this company! If I could give it a zero I would. read more

Worst trip to NYC ever, bar none. Our bus driver was supposed to be at the designated pick up location at 6:00 -- AND DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL ALMOST 8:30!! No communication, no emergency number to call, JUST STRANDED THERE. I asked for a refund and all they offered was a partial credit toward another trip--why would I ever go on another Yankee Trails trip?? Left messages for the top guy, Steve Tobin, to call back or email me, and he never did. Yankee Trails is the worst bus company ever and I strongly suggest you avoid these people like the plague...unless you enjoy having your expensive, enjoyable trips RUINED. We booked a 10 day Greece cruise through Yankee trails in September 2024.the cruise ended in Barcelona on September 24th. We opted to spend 3 nights in Barcelona and then fly back to Chicago and final destination MCO Orlando. Due to Hurricane Helene American Airlines sent us an email stating that we could charge our return flights due to the hurricane for no change fee. However, if you went through a travel agent you would have to have your travel agent make any changes. We emailed Yankee Trails in the Villages Fl. We asked her to only change the last leg of our flight (Chicago to MCO). She mistakingly (which she admitted) changed the entire flight from Barcelona to Chicago to MCO. We ended up staying an extra 2 days in Barcelona because of her mistake. We had 2 days extra hotel expenses meals etc. Yankee trails sent us a gift card to use at Yankee Trails for $25! Unbelievable! Obviously I would not recommend Yankee Trails to anyone! Ever! read more

This travel agency gave us little to no support. We had to navigate the steps to prepare for our cruise ourselves. Once we made our final payment, we had no contact. It requires several phone calls and email messages to get a response. When our room assignment was changed, Yankee Trails(specifically Kelli, the manager) blamed us for not paying attention. We booked the cruise exactly one year ahead, but no one was paying attention to the details. Now we have been forced to make compromises and we haven't even left home yet! Incredibly inconsiderate company. Runs a holiday tourist trap ride running $35+ a head then drives up and down local roadways at less than half the speed limit blocking traffic constantly with busses running ever 30 minutes or so for over a month. Constantly end up stuck behind them just trying to get around town or get home. If they can get people to overpay for a stupid holiday ride, fine, but either do it without blocking traffic, or go do it at some private road or track, not blocking use of the roads. read more

Driver was nice and offered a smooth safe ride. BUT ... Trip planning, convenience, bus quality, information very poor. Payed for a trip to Syracuse dome for Paul McCartney and figured it would be let off at the venue but we're left off at a huge parking area 10 minutes away and had to wait in another long line for a good 45 minutes. To be boarded on a shuttle to the arena. Thankfully I am able to walk some of the folks on our bus were somewhat disabled and had a heck of a time Seats were terrible. Way up in the nosebleed section. Was told to be back promptly to the same drop off spot which ment leaving the show early to be able to get back on time due to the long shuttle ride we had to endure, only to find that our bus was not in the spot we were told to be. Which was more walking in the middle of the night to try to now find the bus. Bus located thankfully but now we sit on said bus for another hour and a half waiting for all the others to relocate the missing bus and leave for the long ride back. Meanwhile bus lights blaring. Driver nowhere to be found no information as to why we are sitting there. No air conditioning working and old smelly bus. Very unhappy with whole trip. Won't ever use this service again. read more

The cruise staff at Yankee trails are also very knowlegable and caring for those of us who do not know some of the ins and outs of booking cruises. Trip "NY Your Way" on March 23 from Albany, NY. Guide Cindy and driver Charlie were great as most Yankee Trails personnel are. Trip was convenient and on time. All good. But... 1. Phone chargers on the bus are located in very hard to reach places (at the bottom of the seat in front of you) and... they did NOT work! At all! My older phone was discharging rapidly, I had to turn it off to save juice, and it caused a lot of anxiety unnecessarily. 2. The bus had no place to put anything other than overhead. Would have been nice to have either a tray table or at least a pocket on the seat back in front. 3. Worst of all was the inescapable loud movie on the way back. Ironically, the guide made an announcement at the beginning of the trip that since many passengers use their own electronic devices, which was true, to please, use headphones and keep loud conversations to a minimum. Very nice. But then on the way back she played an unnecessary movie at a loud volume which was not possible to block or turn off. So my plan of a quet couple hours to relax and to listen to my audiobook via my noise limiting headphones ... was shot. Sad and frustrating. Come on, Yankee Trails, get into the 21st century! Technology and comfort features are there for all to use. read more

We recently took a bus trip to Radio City Music Hall... The good: Bus was on time for pickup at the station and arrived on time in NYC. It was also on time for the return trip home. The driver and tour guide were friendly and informative. The not so good: The driver kept jerking the bus around turns, which made for a long and uncomfortable ride, especially on the way home when trying to get some rest after a long day. The tour guide was friendly but would not stop talking. She was constantly on the loud speaker rambling on about needless information. Because the speaker volume on the bus was so loud, it made for a miserable ride. In fact, she did the same thing on the way home. Did we really need a narration of things to see on the NYS Thruway? She also played a movie which was also set too loud. Even with my earplugs I couldn't get away from it. The entire point of taking a bus trip is so you can relax and enjoy the ride. As nice as they were, the driver and guide made the ride unbearable. Snacks and drinks were provided by the tour guide, but they were not very appealing nor appetizing. There was only juice in small paper cups and tiny water bottles in the morning, and only tiny water bottles at night. The snacks were also served in small portions, and were not very filling. If you weren't intending on bringing things to eat, do not depend on the food that is provided! During the ride home, she was handing out snacks once again. My wife was sleeping during this time, and the tour guide woke her up to ask if she wanted something to eat. No one could sleep on that bus! The bad: The lock on the bathroom door wouldn't work properly. Without the door locked, the sign reads vacant. This caused people to constantly barge in on bathroom occupants. Ugh! read more

This is my second trip with Yankee Trails and it will be my last. Both times we were subjected to being forced to watch terrible movies at a defining volume. Several of us even asked the tour guide not to put in a movie in our way home but she ignored our request and proceeded to play another "Shrek" animated movie at top volume! And there was only one kid in the bus! Why? If you feel the need to to play crappy movies, or any movie, install a headphone system so that the rest of us aren't subjected to this way too loud crap! read more

I've been using yankee trails involuntarily to get to and from my job for 3 years. They been on time maybe once. I always have to leave super early for work to account for yankee trails not knowing how to run a bus company. When I called to complain that the bus schedule wasn't working and that none of the busses were on time, they blamed the drivers. Sometimes they just don't show up at all. This trip from Bennington VT to the Boston Museum of Science with 45 kids was a series of calamities. We waited for 15 minutes at a rest stop for the driver, we went around and around in circles in Boston (the kids commented on how many they had seen the same buildings) because the driver didn't have a route mapped for buses (she kept encountering cars only signs), we arrived an hour late. Then the bus was over thirty minutes late picking us up at the museum for our next leg of the trip. Our experience was incredibly compressed. This was a disaster!! Last night my family went to the Santa's Magical Express by Yankee Trails. It was a very exciting experience. You start with riding a decorated double deck bus to take you to Santa's "secret" location. Santa and the elves help kids decorate x-mas hat, write letters to Santa followed by getting pictures with Santa, dancing and watching skit with Jack Frost. Jack Frost steals Santa's magically hat. Then we all board the Magical Express to help find Santa's hat. The bus rides around East greenbush. We made a brief stop,where Ebenezer Scrooge joins the bus for a skit. While on the bus Mrs. Claus and some elves keep everyone entertain all throughout the evening, including singing, looking for clues to get Santa's magical hat back. Then we find Mr and Mrs Frosty outside frozen by Jack Frost. We get off bus and defrost The Frostys for. Bit. Everything was so well timed and entertaining from start to end. The kids were so excited cause they felt the help saved Xmas. Plus, there some funny adult jokes to keep us entertained (not dirty jokes- just funny). My 5 yr old nephew was so excited that he wore his Santa hat to school to let his friends know he helped save Xmas. It was such a awesome experience. read more

Decent bus and amenities on board. Poor rating is due to ridiculously load movie playing all the way on return trip. Although this was a tour full of mostly seniors, most had headphones and most were trying to watch their own media. Many, like myself, were complaining about the absurd movie and volume. Old, ratty busses, worn seats, loud motor noises. I guess it's cheap so you get what you pay for. Still, how old must it be to have glass tube monitors for the video system? Headed to a Yankee game, already very uncomfortable due to the ancient seats. Please get some modern busses! Also only 2 of the 4 glass monitors even worked. And the power outlets on the bus were non functioning as well. Don't expect to charge your phones or tablets. read more

Went to Steelers game in Pittsburgh. Booked trip over a month ago. Was scheduled to go to KINGSTON for pickup. This is 40 minutes away from me, but, closest i can get to being picked up. Have done this before. 3 days before trip, i am called and told they wont pick us up in Kingston, that i have to travel to Latham.. This upset me as the game was pushed back 3.5 hrs by NFL also.. NOW, i have to travel 1.5 hrs to get a 7 am bus. I left message for owner, stating I was upset.. Never called me back. Bus driver apparently was asked to drive a couple of days before, he said he would not go to Catskill or Kingston as it was out of the way the bus would travel. He was very good driver, and our tour guide, was also very good. We got on the NEW bus.. It was small, and you had to squeeze in to sit together. Very very uncomfortable for a 9 hr trip. Got to our hotel 4:15 pm. tired. We are all waiting, and waiting outside. Finally get told they dont have our keys ready!.... Last ones called, and it was half hour later. Room was ok. nothing special. Beds were lumpy. Vanity small.... no bath soap. Had to go somewhere else to watch Yankee play off game, as they didnt carry the channel. Breakfast was very good. One of our bus passengers had bed bugs in their room!... Front desk denied it. They had pictures. Bus parked 10 min away from stadium, which was a hike if you couldnt walk well. Game was great.. but, won't take bus with them ever again. They are not very caring about their customers, and the fact that the owner didn't even have the decency to call me back shows the lack of customer service. In the spring I booked a bus trip for group of friends, although everything went off well the service I received was at times adversarial. The group sales manager was at times rude and argumentative. When I booked a second trip I was hoping for an improvement, no luck, as a result I began researching other bus lines and found one that actually gave me a better price. When I called to inform Yankee trails, the group sales person actually YELLED at me and then hung up! And they wonder why I switched companies? Was suppose to go on road trip and bus picked us up but when we loaded the bus with 45 people the drive just realized his passenger mirror was broken so he took all 45 of us to the bus barn. Yankee trails customer beware. Not only did I have an issue with yankee trails pre trip,but also it's been two weeks since our trip and yet again having issues with Yankee trails. What issues you ask? I'll tell you. We ordered a reserve on a shuttle bus down to the port. For the simple fact that my mother in law is handicapped and we wanted to stay together on the bus ride down. But there were no reserve seating my mother-in-law wasn't able to sit in the front of the bus and I had to sit way in the back separated from my family. Plus I paid an extra seat for my son who is less than a year old at time, and he still had to sit on my fiances lap and wasn't able to sit on his own yet someone in the back was taking up 3 seats and sleeping. Fast forward to the trip back home. And surprise surprise no reserve seating. Couple days after we settle in after we arrived home, my fiance cause you keep trailer to let them know that we did not get our reserve seating, only to find out that they told us that they don't reserve seats which is completely a lie because when we got on the bus originally to the port on the beginning of the trip there was already reserve seating for 4 people. Now going back a little bit on original review that I put originally because they did not honor any type of bargaining bad through the cruise line for kids 7 free I got over that its gone its whatever what's done is done. And the manager was supposed to call me back I never received a phone call an email to text a postcard a smoke signal nothing. Then the person that my fiance spoke with at Yankee trails said that the bus driver did not return his paperwork from the trip that was already a week after we got back home which makes no sense because what bus driver does not submitted the paperwork for the previous trip. The truth is negative 5 stars. Trip was to NYC to see Christmas Spectacular in Radio City Music Hall on 12/13/2016. We booked 7 seats giving Y.T. business of over $800.00 yet Y.T. couldn't accommodate those seats together and split us in two buses. The person who paid with her credit card for all of us and was participating in the trip, initially wasn't found by the driver on his list of passengers and had to wait to enter the bus last. Bus number one had an escort lady who provided snacks and water while the other bus had nothing even though all of us paid the same amount of money for the trip. Driver of bus number two announced over the microphone that he wants individual tips from passengers and no group tips, pointed to the pastry shop from which he wanted cupcakes from us on the way back. How rude!!!! Y.T couldn't accommodate our seats together during the show either but this is understandable so we set in 3 different sections of the Music Hall. On the way back I wanted to switch to the bus number one because they had an empty seat and this bus didn't make any stops on the way back. This bus driver let me into his bus after consulting an escort lady but just before we left NYC , made me get up from my seat in the end of the bus, run to the other bus driver with the tip. He also asked me to lie that I have an emergency and have to be home sooner. On the way back the escort lady kept reminding the passengers that it is Christmas, please don't forget her. Wow! It seams that they working just for tips. When I was exiting the bus in my home location, Latham NY, and handing $5.00 tip to the driver, I heard loud and unsatisfactory comment "coooooome on" about the tip amount, I guess. I am 50 years old and I don't have to take buses but how harassed those old ladies must be who tour with Y.T. because of no other choice? read more

We took the Yankee Trails bus day trip to NYC for the 2018 Radio City Christmas Spectacular. The bus was clean and comfortable. Kudos to driver, Ken and hostess, Becky. Becky realized a 6:15 am departure might be a little early for trivia and decided to let people sleep, great for those of us traveling with kids. She came around with snacks and drinks on both legs of our trip. She was personable and fun. Ken got us there and home safely and navigated the city traffic like a pro. The show was spectacular, and our day in the city (despite being exhausting) was great as we wandered to see the Christmas decorations and do a little shopping. Thanks also to the office staff who answered all my email questions quickly and efficiently. I would definitely would do it again. read more

Yankee trails needs to stick with their small scale bus trips. They lack the professionalism, communication and organizational skills necessary to pull off a substantial group vacation. We booked our dream 16 day Alaska trip with them. Our rep offered no communication. We'd phone & get voice mail. Leave a message and not hear back. We'd email and receive no response. We had to start emailing the mgr to get a response. This is after we invested over $13,000 into this trip. We'd never taken a trip of this extent and of course had questions. We felt very alone. We attended a pre-departure meeting that addressed some basic info and updates. Then within 2 weeks of leaving we are notified via snail mail of a limit now implemented on luggage. Of course any correspondence we received through mail always conveniently arrived on Saturday (when they're not reachable on weekends). A lot of stress. Then the trip. As far as the flights... numerous couples were not even seated together.. not even in the same Some couples had spending credits others did not. The accommodations were completely inconsistent...Ok, horrible, great then disgusting (room conditions and/or food). In one hotel the conditions were so deplorable we had to file a complaint. On the ship.... remember this is a "group" tour... some couples had full drink packages, optional dining invites, coupon books for spa credits and more and some had none of those benefits; however we All paid the same money. When complaints were brought to our "leaders" attention we were told these things happen. At then very end our flight back to the northeast gets in a bit early. Instead of Yankee trails being prepared we waited about an hour for the bus to arrive. Then we waited another 30-45 minutes for the driver to navigate the airport correctly. The driver was obviously very tired so the drive home was stressful as well. The most disappointing aspect is that Yankee took no accountability--/ None--/we were told it was Holland Americas fault or United Airlines fault. A great company owns up to their shortcomings ...not Yankee...they pass the buck. Please either know all of the details of what you're getting into with this company before you book or steer clear. You will essentially be on your own to figure it out. read more

When I arrived the guide acted like she never heard of the tour I registered for, and asked me if I was on the right bus. Isn't that her job? After I pointed out my reservation on her paperwork she said "we'll work it out" like I was unexpected. The pickups were disorganized with lengthy delays. The guide kept telling us she was having a bad day and kept us waiting while she counted the passengers over and over. While driving, the driver read paperwork, turning pages and arguing with the guide about the passenger list. I would have preferred to have her hands on the wheel and her eyes on the road. The driver pulled over several time to close a door that kept opening. It was scary pulling over, and I was concerned the bus wasn't maintained. Take earplugs if going to NYC - we were forced to stand in line for half an hour next to jackhammers. Although we were strongly warned not to be late for the pickup, the bus was 25 minutes late, leaving us standing in the bitter cold. They blamed the traffic, but that's their job, and the other Yankee Trails bus was on time. On the trip home they played a loud movie. I'd never choose to watch a movie with close-ups of people vomiting, and it was blaring on a screen inches from my face. When we returned the parking lot full of ice and snow, just as it was in the morning. I expected them to take better care of our safety. Been on Yankee Trails several times mostly to ball games once on a cruise. We research pricing for cruise and Yankee Trails matched the price and we use there bus service to the dock which was great drops you right off at port no hassels. read more

I booked a trip to the Bronx Zoo for my son's birthday. The bus arrived 2 hours and 12 minutes late. To make it worse we were told it was only an hour delay. 1 hour and 25 minutes later they called to tell us it would be 30 more minutes. Yet it took them another 48 minutes. During this time I tried to call the company but their phones hung up on me every time I tried to call. I sent them an email requesting assistance, as the would not answer the phone, which was ignored. My son is an animal lover and had been looking forward to this trip for months. We ended rushing and running through the zoo to get to see all the exhibits as the trip was cut short by over 2 and half hours. He didn't get to see any of the shows/feedings we had planned on catching. My son like to explore exhibits and read all the information provided on the different animals we see. He had no time to do explore rather we ended up just rushing around the zoo. I booked the bus trip, rather then driving, for the convenience and to spend more time with my son on his birthday. What we ended up with was a stressful and exhausting day. read more

I was recently on a bus trip from Albany, NY to Atlantic City on July 8th and returning on July 9th. Worse bus trip ever! No air conditioning either way. One would think that these things would be checked before you leave. TV;s falling down inside the bus, bathroom was filthy and stunk horrible. Bus driver using cell phone while in traffic jam. Bus attendant handed out drinks before we even got on the road then nothing in the rest of way during curdling heat on bus. Then the dreaded ride home with still no AC all the way. As well as water, again she handed out drinks before leaving Atlantic city. Very dissatisfied with whole trip!!!Never again. Bus #266 don't take it!! read more
