The day of my appointment- I came in with my mother and while I was getting my makeup done with Rachel, she was feeling down about how her hair looked and the staff made room in their schedule to give her a haircut and style her! She was friendly and engaging. She started with a wash, then when I explained what I would like to have done, she called her instructor over who gave her some advice and encouragement and away she went. She explained she goes slow, but I didn't mind at all because I understood she was learning and being attentive. When she had a question about something or needed some advice, she would call over her instructor. In the end, my hair looks just like I asked, shorter with layers and thinned out.
