Showed up with a party of four, three of which were Krakow natives. It took one hour to make seven rolls and one set of sashimi for us.
When the rolls finally showed up, though the menu listed them as having mushroom and avocado in them , they only had cucumber and some type of pickle in the middle.
I mean, I understand standards of service are different from country to country, so perhaps the incredibly long wait after ordering (50 minutes) can be forgiven. But if you don't even have the ingredients to make the rolls on your menu, then you probably should close up shop.
Or, you should at least have the server tell the customer which ingredients you are out of, and which rolls would need to be changed. When you deliver the rolls and hope no one notices, you are not even clearing the minimal standards of a restaurant.
The fish was ok, not great.
There is way better sushi in Krakow. read more
