A quick search on the Michelin list and Fuji Yaki came up as a one dollar sign option with a Michelin plate rating. We arrived around 6pm for dinner on a weekday which is incredibly early by French standards and we were seated immediately without a reservation. By the time we left around 7:30p the restaurant was packed full with a line waiting to be seated.
Since we had spent the whole day walking around Versailles we decided to ball out a little bit and order the large boat with 10 pieces of sushi and 18 pieces of maki, and 12 pieces of a roll. The ginormous boat also came with a size of salad, soup, and gyoza for the price of $46 Euros. For such a reasonable price I wasn't expecting the quality of the food to be as good as it was, especially since we were in Paris and sushi is not exactly the food I think of when I think of Paris. On top of that the wine list was reasonably priced and the service was excellent.
TLDR: I would 100% come here again, sushi is reasonably priced and delicious
