I called the number listed on my insurance card to set up an appointment with Dr. Olson. The office sent me a text and email reminder and I received an early check-in text. When you enter the building, you are screened by the receptionist and then she directs you to the correct MD office since there are 3 other offices within the building. After entering my doctor's office, you check-in with the receptionist there. My appointment was at 10:30 with an arrival time of 10:15. Dr. Olson got to my exam room just before 11:00. She did a very thorough screening and exam. She ordered some blood work. My exam was done in about 45 minutes. Dr. Olson was very professional and caring. What I love about this office building is the lab office is just down the hall. And since I was fasting, it was the perfect timing to get my blood drawn. I had made it just in time to get my blood drawn because they close the lab at about 11:50am for lunch. The phlebotomist was really nice and it was a painless blood draw. I'm glad I was referred to this office and had such a great experience.

We were attempting to place (wife's parents) into an assisted living facility which required formal documents to be signed by Dr. Kwok before acceptance. These documents sat in his office for over 3 weeks and the timing for entrance into the facility was becoming critical. My wife and I made a personal visit to Dr. Kwok to have him sign the documents. With great reluctance and disdain he grabbed the forms and began marking them as quickly as possible. We took the forms to the facility who advised that they were not acceptable due to being illegible and filled out improperly. Also during our visit to the office, Dr. Kwok acted as if we were beneath him and his attitude was non-caring! Needless to say, we were disgusted by his behavior and immediately transferred to another physician, who took over care & signed the necessary paperwork within a few hours. Appears to be a money making factory with little concern for the well being of his patients.

She wouldn't say anything to me but when my sister got there, she started yelling, that I could be escorted out. All I said was, Oh yes you are going to see my MOM! We explained all this to your office and they said no problem. It was DR. Kwok who refused my Mom.I have to talk to an attorney and then maybe sue for the money and time we spent getting my Mom there. Awful places, awful attitudes, they suck.
