Dr. Ale really gained my respect with my first child when he came into the hospital with in the hour of me being worried about my new baby wheezing when she was born. The nurses at the hospital had told me they could not suck anything out of her lungs. Dr. Ale came in and cleared her out immediately. Dr. Ale is the best for your new babies. Dr. Allicin and Dr. Lauren see us most the time in the office. They are always attentive and spend the extra time to make sure my kids are treated with the best care. My kids and I feel like we are treated as family and suggest if you are looking for top care for your kids or you to go here.

So I would feel more comfortable if they would just check her out to be safe. She said to me well you NEED to get a working thermometer! An if you really think she needs to come in she acted like I shouldn't bring her in! So when I got there at 1:40 I called them like they told me to The line was busy for 10 mins. Finally got them on the phone at 1:50 they told me they would call me when they were ready for me so I sat an waited outside in the car with my crying daughter. As I sat there I seen multiple people going in and out of the building with no mask on even familys of four going in the building together. I was the only one waiting in the car to be called in 35 minutes later she called me back then said What is your daughter symptoms I said I already told you her symptoms when you gave me a appointment for 1:45 and I've been setting in a hot car with my crying baby since 1:40 What is the problem? She said well she CANT come in because of her symptoms I said what are you talking about? She has no symptoms like covid 19 You guys are her Primary doctor and now she's sick an your scared to see her when she could have nothing but a commen cold she said well we might have to let her see a dr outside So I Demanded that they send a dr out then 15 mins later she called me back an said are you still here Then said they would have to take her temperature then decide if she could come in because she was running a fever I never once said she was running a fever! She did nothing but give me more run around and be rude! She keep telling me This is the CDC rules for every Patient Which is a LIE They weren't gonna see her at all it comes down to they felt in their heads my daughter had symptoms of Corona an they were all scared to death to see her or treat her so I got no medical help from them whatsoever at all So at this point I had been setting in my car for over a hour I have never in my life had to deal with such non professional rude scared Pathetic people! I had to take my daughter to the er Had to call my husband to bring my medical card for my daughter and then he had to bring my oldest daughter with him to give me the card so now I have 2 of my children in the er around tons of sick people that COULD actually have convid 19 I had to hold a mask over my sick one year old's face as we walked through all the sick people in their beds to get to our Room. Everyone was looking at me like why do you have this poor baby in here The staff were nice enough to put us at the end of the hall away from everyone possible and shut the door to help keep as many germs out as possible When we got in the room they took her temperature and what do you know it was normal like i had already told elkin Pediatric to begin with After another hour we finally got to see a doctor she examined her, told me that she had severe allergy reaction is to why her eyes are swelled up. Asked if I had give her any medication I said yes Benadryl last night, this morning she told me that was a good thing I did that or her throat could have swelled shut! She also had a ear infection! Today I had an appointment with Dr. Whiticar. This was my first visit after being referred by my…read moreprimary physician. The location is on the same campus as Hugh Chatham Hospital and easy to locate. I arrived 15 minutes early as suggested to complete new patient paperwork. If you actually read the paperwork you should plan for about 20-25 minutes. The waiting room was nice and there were a few other people waiting. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and was immediately impressed by how pleasant the staff was. I waited about 10 minutes after completing my paperwork and was taken to the X-ray room. The technician was also very nice and friendly. Next I was escorted to another waiting area for about 5 or 10 minutes before being moved to an examination room. Another very sweet and pleasant lady asked questions about my injury and took vitals. Just another few minutes later Dr. Whiticar arrived. We went over the X-rays and discussed next steps. I found him to be extremely thorough, asking detailed questions, and listening intently and explaining what his thoughts. We agreed on the next step in the process, which I discussed further with a member of the team when I was checked out. The entire experience was excellent and I'm very comfortable continuing to work with this group of professionals.

The last visit she made I accompanied her to witness her visit. One comment on her medication was that he didn't prescribe the medication strength for one of the medication she was taking. This man has won recognition for being the best in documentation by his fellow doctors. I had a copy when he raised the amount....only a doctor can write that kind of prescription! Then he pretended he was calling in her prescriptions two or three times and said Hugh Chatham wouldnot approve the prescriptions. I asked another doctor in his complex if they had any problem with Hugh Chatham approving their prescriptions. He said no one refused to fill their prescriptions. I said, "You just told me Dr. Faulk is a liar!" I found a new doctor for my wife and Dr. Faulk retired a few days later. My intention was not to sue Dr. Faulk but to insure my wife's health. Even though some of his patients laud him as being the best, I rate him with a flat F. He kept adding to her medication and never took her off of any of them. Too many medications aren't good for anyone and can lead to complications. If you get a cold and take cold medicine for it and get well, you should stop taking that medication. He only kept adding more and more until her system tried to reject it. She almost died at Boone while being treated for kidney failure.

It took several months to get on their schedule for my first appointment and then another couple of months before they had an opening for the procedure. My initial appointment was with the PA who reviewed my medical history and the results of my prior procedure over 10 years ago. The day of my colonoscopy I arrived at the clinic on time and met with the anesthesiologist and nurse who would be there during the procedure. I really liked both of these staff members and felt very safe...and I'm not generally very trusting of western medicine. Prior to the procedure Dr. Kundu came in and introduced himself. He explained how the procedure would go and what I should expect afterwards. My husband was allowed to be in the room with me up to that point, which I appreciated. I genuinely liked Dr Kundu and found him to be very pleasant with great bedside manner. Once the procedure was over and I was awake, my husband was allowed back into the room. Dr. Kundu came back and discussed his findings and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this clinic and give them 10 stars.

Unfortunately, for my next appointment, they assigned me a different doctor and sent text of my preview payment, which was much more than I had paid in the past. In addition, the reviews I did on the doctor they assigned were not favorable. I don't think it is fair to assign a random doctor to an established patient.

I was very pleased to find a petite eyeglass section and quickly fell in love with a gold pair of frames that I thought looked great on me! I was super excited until I sat down to order the glasses and the woman assisting me said "Are you sure you like THESE frames"? Instantly,I began second guessing the beautiful frames I had picked out. The entire time I was ordering my glasses she and another woman made snide remarks about how the frames did not look like they suited me. I left feeling like I bought the ugliest glasses in the world even though I really liked them. I eventually brushed their comments off and have had these glasses for a year and have received numerous compliments on them. I cannot imagine working a customer service job and being DEGRADING to your customer and for that I will never recommend getting glasses at this eye center.
