I was right by their side during each of the inspections and they didn't charge me extra or even act like I was annoying them with my uneducated questions. this was my second time hiring this company. they're typically very thorough and do a descent job…read more however they were the last people at my property performing the inspection. upon my return the breaker to the furnace had been left in the off position and water lines had burst and water was running out the front of the property. Joey informed me the breaker must had tripped, so I hired an hvac technician who spent 3 hours diagnosing the entire unit, running heat stops, manual over rides, etc, trying to give Joey the benefit of the doubt, checking grounds and everything possible to possible get the breaker to trip. after exhausting all possibilities we again concluded that the breaker was manually flipped and Joey amd jordan were the last ones in the home. they both lied to their insurance company denying any possible fault in the matter. it became a matter of here say, my word against there's even with all the evidence, and deductive reasoning by industry professionals that it couldn't have been there fault. its all a matter of integrity and admitting your mistakes and owning up to it. Joey i believe it was an honest mistake, but it was a blatant lie that costs me thousands and you did nothing. apparently not a man of integrity when it matters most.

I had spoken to them about putting it in and I was told it's best to put it in when the weather gets cooler. I called to make the appointment, I was told they have no interest in replacing my old unit with a new one....And I should call Lowe's to find someone to do that. This leaves me to believe because I won't buy a unit from them they won't keep their previous commitment. I would have remained a good customer. I guess they don't remember their in the service business because that wasn't courteous. I really believed they'd keep their word... it's easy to treat customers that way when times are good.

The office lady was very polite and informed me of the charges up front, so no surprises. The technician that arrived was also polite and well groomed and immediately went about his business and he had my AC up and running in less than an hour which they only charged for the time which was a pleasant experience. The tech informed me that my system was on the older side, which I was aware of, and he requested to take pictures to forward to their sales department, which I received a follow up call and an estimate in a week and the salesman was very informative on all kinds of rebates from the manufacturer and the energy companies.
