Skater Trainer

My family and I went roller skating at Xtreme jump during the holidays. While skating, a child using a skater trainer fell and the skater trainer flew in the path of my daughter. She was trying to pUsh it away but instead fell and she broke her ankle in two places. None of the worKers there bothered to come and help my daughter off the skatIng rink floor. Another couple helped and assisted on helping my daughter off thee skate floor. Finally, I had to beg for a worker to help me. They didn't bother to fill out an accident report. I had to ask for them to fill it out, and to top that, they didn't even allow me to have a copy. So it turns out my daughter had major surgery to correct her broken ankle. It is not safe to skate there. It is very dangerous. There is no staff supervision and the skater trainers are a high risk for injury

Their customer service needs improvement. We would not recommend to family or friends.

It's a fun and…read moresafe place for kids to let loose and burn energy bouncing on the numerous trampolines, swings, rock wall climbing, and other activities. It's very colorful and stimulating, even for adults. We had a party room reserved and a coordinator is assigned to assist with handling wristbands, socks for all your guests who will be jumping, and anything else you need. She was sweet, but also late. Notwithstanding all the kids had lots of fun. We had the room for 2 hours, which might seem short but was ample enough to have the kids eat pizza, sing Happy Birthday and have cake. Nearly everyone was out jumping or running around having a great time, even well after the party room reservation was over. My granddaughter said it was "the best birthday ever!" It only took a few minutes during the ride home and she was fast asleep. I only gave it a four star rating because the A/C was on and off throughout the entire time we were there. It was crowded, so needless to say it was stuffy and almost hard to breathe. Notwithstanding, I'd highly recommend this place to everyone, especially if you have little ones that need to burn off some energy.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE…read more I almost never leave negative reviews. I am not a complainer, or someone who likes to make a fuss. So, the fact that this experience was *this bad* should tell you something. We checked the website and decided to do the unlimited jump and laser tag package for our 3 kids. When we arrived the place was absolutely dead, which should have been our first warning sign that this was not worth the money. The prices on the website were also inaccurate, and they told us they "needed to update it." We asked for 2 hours of time, only to find that the arcade and games were shut off, there was nobody here to play laser tag with, and that the skating and the nicer inflatable jumping section aren't included either. Additionally, the facilities were old, dilapidated, and run down. Something even dripped on my leg from the ceiling. We went to ask to have our time brought back from 2 hours to 1, and we were told that they didn't do any kind of reduction in time, even though we'd only been at the place for 30 minutes. When I mentioned that it was ridiculous that the attractions and games were turned off and that nobody was here to play laser tag with us, I was met with the reply of "well when you walked in you could have seen the games were off." The games are on the far side of the building, far away from the counter, and it's not a customer's job to investigate to make sure that a place is up and running before handing over money. I walked away and began this review, only to have an employee find me to come back to the front. The woman behind the counter called her general manager, and then allowed me to speak with her. When I got on the phone, I was very calm, and explained the situation. She began to talk very fast and shouted over me that they don't do refunds and that we don't pay for the games in our admission. I explained to her that having everything turned off and nobody to play laser tag with was still not what we paid for. She started to get even more agitated, and then offered to refund the "like 3 dollars" for laser tag, and then threatened to call the police. I have no idea why. I just laughed and dropped the phone back on the counter and walked away, as she continued to yell. As I type this, it appears that two employees are hiding under a table in an abandoned dining area, and everyone working here appears to know they work in a dump. This was, by far, the worst waste of money we've spent in years, and the only positive thing to come from this experience was the ability to write this review to warn others not to come here. Edit: Their "response" to this review is posted in the pictures as well.

However, by 7:15 PM, the tables still hadn't been cleaned. We spoke to our "host," who responded with an attitude and claimed it wasn't her fault. We even offered to help, but that didn't seem to make a difference. We then ordered pizzas, and we were told that they would take 30-45 minutes. By 9:00 PM, we still hadn't received them because our order had been forgotten. When we spoke to the people in charge, they were incredibly disrespectful. All of our guests commented that it looked like the staff member was ready to start a confrontation rather than resolve the issue. It was an extremely disappointing experience, WERE NEVER COMING BACK.

Today was our first time visiting this park. I don't want to give them too much of a low score…read morebecause I think the place in itself is great. Granted I haven't been to a whole lot of trampoline parks but decided to take my little guy today after I picked him up from school. The good: place is huge, has options for the entire family and seems like we could spend some nice family time here when time permits. They have a great toddler area which, from what I've heard, is lacking at many trampoline parks. Staff is very nice. The reasons I won't give Sky Park 5 stars is due to the following. The not so good: place could use some better upkeep. Totally understand that kids will toss balls around etc but from what I could see things maybe aren't organized as they could be. Also, when I was jumping on the kids section I noticed pipes and other items being stored under trampolines, I thought that was odd. Lastly, the area where the balls are and the foam are too shallow for kids. My son jumped in and hurt his knee because he hit the floor due to no balls at the front of the pit. A mom commented to me that the same happened to her son in the foam pit. It's tough to always keep things nice and tidy but I think it leaves a great impression on your customers and it's worth it in the end. You will have very happy repeat customers.

They came right as on time when our party time ended and were moving our stuff without telling us. They started "cleaning" and flipping our chairs while we were still getting our stuff out and my kids were putting on their shoes.
