So I thought pictures shouldn't be hard to get. But none of the pictures we got from them turned out remotely as gorgeous as the ones we took ourselves the next day when we had a small party there. The downtown lights were muted which I'm perplexed about because it's so bright and there's so much of it out there. My other issue is that we specifically asked for him not to be all up in our faces during the proposal to allow for more privacy and a special moment. But he strong-handed us into making a big scene and deal of it and I say that because during the session I said no and yet he did it anyway. It ended up ruining the proposal and I would have expected more from such a highly rated photographer. That is a once in a lifetime thing and he decided he wanted to ruin it.

I called in, spoke with someone very accommodating, told me to bring in my Polaris slingshot, 30 minutes later, I was there. Arrived, Spoke with Jay, (Very Nice guy), seemed to know his business. We spoke in detail about the work I was wanting done, and the areas I wanted it placed on the vehicle. This was a Thursday, He informed me he would have proofs for me on Monday. Sounded good. Monday came, I called in the evening @ 4 P.M to check progress. No proofs. "I've had a few walk in's today that backed me up". Ok, Cool. I'm good with that! Tuesday came and went, I didn't call or bother Jay. Wednesday Morning I called @ 10:30, Same thing, "They didn't let us work late last night, and I had walk in's that kept me busy". I asked if I should see proofs by the evening, "Yes, Of Course. Ill have it done no problem". Wednesday evening, No Call, No Email. I've cancelled and decided to go with another shop. I'm not bashing the business. It looks to be the absolute largest and most professional sign shop I've ever seen. Business must be great. I knew there was a very slim chance that I would be able to find ANYONE that would be willing to take on the job. I called several places and they gave me either a week turn around time or a rush fee of up to $140. I called Alpha Graphics around 4:45pm and they said that they would be able to take the job with no rush fee! They called me at 11am the next day to let me know they were done. When I picked up the banners, everyone was very helpful and the banners turned out great. They definitely earned a lifetime customer!
