(Yeah. Groundhog day all over again, but I digress...) I was initially impressed with the rates: $7.00 for a basic car wash seemed very reasonable. I was next impressed exiting the tunnel seeing approximately a bazillion lads (or 6ish) clutching towels directing me towards them. (Can't lie, initial appearances also left me feeling a little as tho I were on a movie set and some portion of said lads were on work-release.) Everyone whom I encountered were very professional and most definitely struck me as hard working. Granted, I'm pretty sure it's reasonable to consider they were money (tip) motivated. But at the end-of-the-day, the representatives of Boon Street were friendly, professional, diligent employees and ain't nothin' wrong with being money-motivated! Without doubt I will return.

As we're trekking across the US, we have a basket installed on our tow hitch and this cannot use an automated car wash and had to seek out a self-car wash place. This place has both automated AND self-serve options. Three self serve bays, one of which is taller are available plus an automated bay. I arrived early in the morning around 7AM and used the first self-serve bay closest to the automatic bay. Read the instructions carefully before washing g to understand all of the features and maximize my time. The main reason I selected this location, In addition to being self-serve is because it accepts credit cards, which was much appreciated as I had already run out of quarters from the previous car wash and another state. What I really liked about this is unlike the other location that I washed that in another state, which you have to manually keep adding time to, THIS car wash site, once you activate your credit card, simply keeps the time running, which is great cause I didn't have to pause to run over and keep adding time. Simply press the button when you're done to stop the charges. I love that! I used pretty much every cycle type from pre-wash and high-pressure rinses to low pressure applications in car wash brush with foam. Everything worked perfectly, and all of the detergents were stocked and functioned as advertised. Zero problems, simple yet effective service. I couldn't be happier--good value. Thanks!

I signed up for the best monthly package offered ($40 month) and I noticed no difference in quality or wash compared to their cheapest wash or even to the auto wash at Meijer for $7. The vacuums and air guns they have on site are great and work well, the wash just doesn't have a noticeable difference, so I'd suggest only getting the cheapest wash they offer. I tried to switch my subscription to the lowest amount (or cancel in general) because I like to wash my Trailhawk 2x a week, but clearly the agent I spoke to via email had a hard time grasping this and would rather take none of my money and cancelled my subscription. Now I come here only to use the vacuum and air.

Conventional oil changes start at $35.99 and include a bevy of more service than your standard oil change. They check and top off all the fluids, check lights, tires, and even vacuum your floors. When you're all said and done, there is a free car wash to boot. Staff is incredibly helpful and don't really try to sell you too many extras like other shops. Air filter was definitely bad but the attendant said it wasn't "pressing." I decided to change the filter anyways. Will definitely return.

I had a bunch of questions, as an out-of-towner who was having some car trouble; the Front Desk Guy was super helpful. Waited for s/thing like an hour at least - they were short staffed. If I'd been A Local, I'd have just taken it back and requested replair, but it took me a few days to realize & by that time I was already getting other work done. In sum: I'd go back; my car did run more smoothly after; DON'T GO DURING LUNCH HOUR or other high-volume moment. Would also not go right before getting on the road, leaving town. 4/5 stars

We brought in two cars to be detailed (which was done beautifully). Afterwards we discovered a problem that seemed to have happened accidentally while in the care of the LYC&T which required the dealer to fix. We brought the dealer's bill to the owner afterwards and after a very polite discussion of different views they handled the issue for us in full. I recognize that they didn't have to do this, and they might not even have believed the problem occurred under their care, but they stood by their work and their name and wanted us to feel they did the right thing. This is the kind of small town, we-all-live-together care that makes local business work! Accidents happen, and we've all had big-chains point to some fine print and wash their hands of a situation. This is a company run by TC people for TC people and we should be grateful that 1) they do fantastic work and 2) they have such high standards for themselves and customer interaction. Bravo!

Thought the price was a little steep but was assured that the car would be washed "at least 4 times" and thoroughly cleaned. When we came to pick it up it was sitting outside. Checked it out and looked good but was still a bit stale inside. Talked to the gentleman at the desk and he said that's because we didn't pay for the additional interior shampoo - Wait, What? Not included in the $169?? Nope. When we got home and opened the car up and really looked at it there were some trouble spots. Dirt in the back hatch area and leaves under the hood. Not a bad job but nowhere near the care that was advertised. Average.
