Warmly welcomed by a kindly gentleman upon entering Tuesday, March 17th, for St. Patrick's day!…read more It was my first time bringing my 6.5 years young grandson to play. The beautiful lady tending the kitchen graced us with her smile, while cooking pizzas and preparing snacks for guests. They accept more forms of currency than any establishment I know; from cash, cards, bitcoin to possibly a camel. Just kidding on the camel, yet if Vegas continues to heat up they may be less expensive than maintaining a vehicle. The price of I believe $16 seemed fair for come and go all day play. No charge for adults, unless climbing. They also offer a rewards program for those who use the cash app. Bring socks -- no shoes allowed. The place was clean and well maintained. It was free popcorn day, which my grandson had to inquire if he could have another after downing the first bag. He found the bouncy walls, slides, and structures entertaining for a couple of hours. His favorite being the climbing wall. He didn't give up, until reaching the top! The slip on shoes to climb the wall were ill fitting. Mostly too small or too large, but he managed to find a pair to accommodate his climb. So, proud! A few by standers clapped for him making him feel grand! Thank you! The coin or card based rides and crane operated games were expensive ranging from $1.75 -$2.00. He played the egg game to win a surprise. He played it twice and won two types of tiny spinning tops. One works the other broken. It was a good escape from the afternoon heat.

10/10! Recommend!…read more My family and I really enjoyed our time at Bouncy World. The facility is large, exceptionally clean and great for the kiddos! They had so much fun going through the huge play structure, bounce house and playing with the arcade games. They also have a toddler area for the littles! The Owner Mike is super nice and made sure we had a memorable time! Definitely worth checking out!

Thank you so much again Dana and VU you girls are amazing at what you do

I've been meaning to leave my review for a little bit and was reminded today about the rudeness I…read moreexperienced so figured I'd leave my review now. First I do want to say that overall the planning stages working with this company was fine, seemed to be no issues. I was super easy to work with, took their suggestions as the reason I was hiring a party planner was because I'm not good at this type of stuff, and it was overall easy at the beginning working with them. I thought their recommendations overall were good and seemed like it would be beautiful. That's why I was so disappointed that when it was the day before the event, I received such rudeness/poor service to my surprise. I was hosting a formal dinner party at my house for about 36 people. I wanted to do tables of 12, in which our coordinator Darrian recommended "king tables" she said they fit 10-12 people. Cool - I put my trust in her recommendation. The day before the event, the tables and chairs were dropped off at my house and they were not large enough to sit 12 people comfortably. The only way 12 chairs were getting around these tables were if they were touching each other which as we all know, is no way to sit people at a table ever- people have to actually be able to get in to sit. I came home, saw how small the tables were and very calmly and nicely called Darrian right away. She just argued with me... even when i sent pictures showing how there was no way 12 people would be able to sit comfortably at these tables (this wasn't like a picnic it was a formal sit down catered dinner). The main reason i am leaving this review is for this comment - Darrian was so rude and made a comment like "well how big are your guests?" Like why would that even matter what size my guests are? The client is telling you and showing you how the 12 chairs don't fit at the table... like do something and help, please. How "big" my guests are should not be a question here!Check it out for yourself in the picture attached. Remember... 12 people per table- LOL! As you can see four chairs on one side didn't even fit and was hanging off but Darrian was straight up arguing with me over the phone. I was shocked and told her I would need to speak to her boss at that point because I wasn't going to argue back when anyone could clearly see that 12 people would not fit at these tables. Once i asked to speak to her boss, she became short and rude and told me they could order me another table and that I would pay for it but they couldn't get additional table decor to match the rest of the tables. I asked if she would be willing to try and see if the florist would be able to make additional arrangements which she said they only work with one floral company and wouldn't be able to get a matching floral arrangement for the forth table. She wouldn't even attempt to ask them. It was an immediate no. What type of party planning company only works with one floral business? This was just laziness and I could tell she didn't want to make any effort to help. So I had to call a floral company and was able to get matching floral arrangements on my own when Darrian told me it would be impossible. What is the point of hiring party planners if your coordinator isn't willing to make an effort to help when needed? Anyway I did it myself with no issue... it was Darrian just giving major attitude. Lastly, day of the event, they told me they would show up at 11:30/12 for set up... they show up at 2!!! My guests were arriving at 4!! And it wasn't just tables and chairs they were setting up... it was balloon displays, lights, garland, signage, a pretty decent size set up with lots of little elements. It was a total scramble and a hot mess watching them setting up. They were literally wrapping up setting up at 3:55 with my guests starting to walk in as they were scrambling to clean up. I was so embarrassed. I am leaving the review now because since then i have worked with way nicer party planning companies, my experience with Darrian was not nice or helpful when it mattered most. When working with a client who paid up front via Zelle so they would have the money right away, show some kindness and be willing to work with your client when something is not right, don't argue, be rude and show up late.
