My co pay is $50, they charged me $75, when I questioned them, they just shoulder shrugged like they knew it was fraud but it's part of normal business. Process entirely too long just to check in. Waited 1.5 hours just to see someone. I told them what was wrong with me and what I needed, they tried saying it could be something else. Came back 10 minutes later and agreed with me that I was probably right. Waste of time and money. The final verdict, go to the ER... then are you good for? Don't come here, use as a last resort. read more

Out of towner review. I was seen by the Urgent Care team for bronchitis. Quality of care was sufficient with minimal wait times. Office was clean and staff was nice. Appreciate the help! read more

Do not recommend this place. In short, waiting time, not good treatment and they will make you pay more rather than save your money

We've always had good experiences here. Not sure why negative reviews. Checking in ahead of time on the phone is the way of the world now especially w any medical facility we've used. It cuts down on wait time and paperwork. I take my kids here regularly for normal kid sickness ie viruses ear infections and we have had nothing but good things to say. This location is next to Walmart, not sure why it shows another location in town but this is the correct one. They offer coffee and coloring pages in the lobby as well. read more

Please don't go here, the wait times are horrible 3+ hours. I wish I had read these reviews before going - please just go anywhere else but here. I made an appointment and it made no difference. The wait time was the same as if I had just walked in. I went for myself but I would NEVER in a million years take my kids here, so if you have kiddos please go to a pediatric urgent care! read more

Terrible service set an appointment for 11 waited an hour 30 before asking the front desk to reschedule due to me having to be somewhere to then find out information was missing , came back at 2:30 and waited was there till 4:30 and still was not seen , very unprofessional would recommend u go to a different urgent care read more

I came here for help and was prescribed medication that didn't work. Now, they want me to return for another evaluation and pay for it, despite the fact that they didn't get it right the first time. I don't have insurance and can't afford to keep paying for evaluations that are wrong. If you need more than a bandaid go somewhere else. read more

Worst Experience! 0 stars if I could   I took my mom to the location in Broken Arrow, she had made an appointment after confirming with her insurance,Global Health, that it was an authorized location.  We arrived with only 1 other patient there, she gave her insurance 2x over the course of an hour.  We were told they couldn't get authorization, so called ourselves to speak to a representative.  We were told that there was no preauth needed and only a $20 copay.  The clinic manager over the phone told us that they couldn't accept accept that and told us that we would have to pay a $50 copay   I asked him to review his protocol and fix this.  At this point it had been 1 1/2 hours waiting and I had to get my mom seen because it had become so late in the day  Later a mix up at the pharmacy happened and I called back to the location to confirm the prescriptions.  The receptionist straight out lied to me saying that there was 3 prescriptions when I had her summary of care in my hands. I demanded to speak to the nurse practitioner that had seen us but was told she was unavailable, I said anyone to confirm her medical records.  Surprisingly the nurse practitioner came on the line, she confirmed that there was in fact only 2 prescriptions.  I am beyond upset that the receptionist lied to me repeatedly and told me that I should just have the pharmacy call them.   That's not my job. We will not visiting this company again read more

Revise check in system to avoid the patient to do everything on their phone every time they come for a visit.

No one was friendly. I went in for sinus/allergy issues and they forced me to get tested for Cov**... TWICE, instead of prescribing me something for my allergies. The first one "came back wrong because of their machine", so they could claim that the second one was +. So instead of focusing on my allergies they prescribed me two things for issues I wasn't struggling with. Shouldn't have let them test me, but I figured they'd at least have honesty. Whoever bought the last business out, is not running this morally. Do not recommend. read more

Clearly every employee of this establishment is paid hourly. I've actually been moved backwards for my place in line, and watched people who show up after me go back before me. People are piling in here by the 2's and no employee or doctor has picked up the pace. Do not come here if you're looking to get in and get out. 10/10 for being some of the slowest people in the workforce altogether. read more

This place was an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I brought my autistic child here due to having COVID & barely eating or drinking ... after a 2 hour wait the Doctor finally saw us, only to inform me that everything looks fine & she should be ok within a few days. The next day I ended up taking her to emergency (from severe hydration & lack of eating) from there she was transported to a Children's hospital in OKC for overnight care. NEVER AGAIN will I be coming here!!!! Completely disgusted with the doctor that seemed to THINK my child looked fine when clearly she didn't. read more

I was quoted $35 for school physical prior to visit. I was charged $90 when I showed up. also, don't bother making an appointment - it means nothing. read more

The ONLY thing this place has going for it is that you can check-in online. That's about it. The wait is horrendous! It's like waiting at the ER! We waited over an hour for a nurse to even come in and take vitals. It's been over an hour and a half and no doctor yet. There were barely any cars in the parking lot, so it didn't even look very busy! We got right into a room but then nothing! Well, they were quick to collect payment! This is our first time here and we won't be back. I should have went to the other Urgent Care across town that gets you in ASAP! read more

I wouldn't give this the 1 star if they had a '0' box. Took my grandson in last Friday for a sports physical. Filled out paperwork. Had to fill it out on both paper and thru a text on my phone. After getting that finished, it was one of the longest forms I've ever had to fill out- anywhere-. Was told I would receive a text for some more BS. The text I THOUGHT would come to me never did. Come to find out, it was sent to my daughter's phone. This was at least a 45 minute wait AFTER filling out the same damn thing in 2 forms. My daughter finally gets it thru EMAIL- not text as we we're told. We were there for at least an hour & we were there when the doors were open at 8am. First ones in. So I have to go get a note from my daughter with her giving me permission to take my grandson there for the sports physical. I should've just drove around the block and written one out by myself because they didn't even look at it when I brought it back. The first thing they should've asked when I told them that he was my grandson is if I had permission to bring him. I had taken him many times to the urgent care many times with 1 note, not a new one each time. It was on file. How was I supposed to know the place was owned by some other company. All the more reason to let me know they were no longer a part of the previous urgent care owners before we ever sat down. I get the paper form filled out and it looks like chicken scratch because I was in a hurry as football practice started at 9. Had to skip practice. I went back after dropping him off at home to see if they would give me another form to fill out again to take to practice the next day. I take him back in the next morning and I asked Miss personality behind the desk, she was about as rude as a person I'd ever met. She takes the form I filled out, the really ugly one and proceeds to make a copy for me. Uh, yea, it's still sloppy as hell. This place didn't even need this form as everything had been filled out on line via cell phone. She brings it back to and I tell her that I just needed a new form and that I would fill it out in front of her to show her that I wouldn't have changed anything. It needed to be uploaded to the sports department and I wanted it to at least be legible. She said they couldn't do that. They hadn't filed it with their records. It was just something they wanted to have been done twice. For the actual physical took less than 3 minutes, dealing with the 'Powers that Be' close to 3 hours. Never again. Anywhere would've been quicker and I'll bet 10 x's more pleasant. The 2 gals at the desk should look for a place of employment away from the public. read more

horrible wait took forever also they are so slow should not come here never coming back again

I should have listened to the reviews. We used to live close by and never had issues but that was 10 years ago. My husband made an appointment to be seen today at 9:15 for a simple physical. He was not even called back until 10:50. The funny thing is that when you call, the recording says they value your time, what a joke. The staff is rude and the office manager Kendra will probably do nothing. Don't waste your time with this place and save yourself the frustration. read more

There is a new Xpress Wellness Urgent Care in Catoosa where I visited this week. There is no entry on yelp for it. This place does not have an MD on duty - instead you get a PA or Nurse Practitioner. When my 80yr old mother was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection the NP did not give her an antibiotic. Sent her home with cough syrup. Took her to her regular 4 days later when she was still no better. He said she should have been given an antibiotic. 3 days after visiting him my mom was well again. I went this wk and was diagnosed with c19. This place will send you home with nothing & tell you to take OTC products - and of course send you home with the CDC vax info. I asked for Ivermectin - of course she said no. This place is part of the problem. You must wait until u get worse and in hospital before you will get meds. I went to a real doctor 2 days ago and got Ivermectin - today I am 75% better. I do NOT pay for a PA or NP when I am sick - they are not the same as an MD. Will never go to this place again! Awful! read more
