Not only did they send my loan to the wrong bank account they expected me to contact my bank and have them rectified the problem. It was not my Banks problem they made the mistake. Turns out that Ace Cash Express uses a third party for online accounts or online loans. And needless to say they're from foreign country. So I don't have any faith in doing online transactions with this company again but walk-ins are fine. Another issue with the online loan was that I got two emails one saying congratulations you're going to be approved it will be deposited yada and then one shortly after that saying I need to complete my application. And also my pay date was incorrect a day early.
