I went in a seperate day and was told I needed the paper and simply quoted how a manager told me otherwise and was told I was rude and many other things since I asked to speak with him about the situation because he told me I was fine. It's the gentleman with longer hair and glasses. Be weary of anything that man says and this whole establishment. I returned with proper identification after them giving me a hard time over nothing. I wasn't upset or did anything even remotely offensive on any planet. I was then told by other employees how I was being rude and responded that I only said I thought it was unprofessional how i was treated. At that point the word unprofessional triggered about 6 other workers in there and they all kept insisting how I can leave if i want. I was confused and said I would simply like to make a purchase and leave and they just kept getting more hostile and it felt like a little gang of middle schoolers trying to team up over literally a delusion of a conflict they were trying to transpire. I reported this to their parent company which owns them and reported the time. This happened at approximate 4pm on July 11th if any representative of PTS wants to see how their Consume Brand is treating their "consumers," please listen to the footage and your "employees."
