The pedicure was okay but that's where it ends. Customer service was horrible... there was no focus on actually doing nails... it was on phones, friends, dogs, guest and kids. My nails were EXTREMELY expensive for what I got. I got a full set (asked for acrylic they gave me gel X) they are so long and sharp I asked for round. there were children everywhere -which I normally don't mind but they were screaming and running into my chair. After a LONG overstimulating experience and after $85 (before tip!) I left and my nail cracked in half the same day. I wish I read the reviews before I came I should've gone anywhere else. read more

The service me and my grandma requested was delivered. They are very kind and there were no dogs and only one kid but he stayed in his chair and wasn't a bother at all. The vibe is relaxing and carefree. Nails and toes turned out great! Prices are reasonable for services! Very nice! read more

Get daycare for the kids. Confine the puppy. Nail polish was old and goopy. Premium pedicure does not include callus removal. Two nails lifted within a week and a half. Not happy with the shape of my nails. Manicurist had to search for a brush that didn't have solidified product on it. Never again. read more

3 hours for a basic pedi and gel nails! Pedi didn't start for 30 min after my appointment time and they have no sense of urgency at all. I also thought the pricing was high. Never again! read more

These people are extremely rude. Half of them don't speak English and when you tell them what you want, they do not do it. They treat their customers with 0 respect. When they mess your nails up or they chip they try to blame it on you and not their poor job. Johnny is nice to your face but then very rude on the internet. His wife barely speaks English and doesn't do what is asked. The place is extremely messy and has crap everywhere. If you are looking for a relaxing nail place do not go here. Their kids were running around and throwing toys the entire time. It was loud and chaotic. Not relaxing AT ALL. I 100% do not recommend this place. I got a gift card for Christmas and went to get my nails done in September, 9 months later. I had to set up a credit card deposit for my appointment online of $25. I went in to use my gift card thinking it's $100 that will cover nails and tip and a little bit for my next appointment. They told me that my gift certificate expired 6 months after purchase date and took my gift card. It is illegal in the state of Pennsylvania to do this your gift card has 5 years. They did a good job at nails but their business practices are illegal and I cannot in good conscience recommend being a patron of this business. read more

I never leave reviews but here I am... my friend and I met to have a girls weekend and wanted to get a pedicure. When we walked in, the place was a disaster. The owner and her husband had both children there and they were toys and food on the floor. The place was dirty and completely unorganized. they put us in chairs and we waited 20-30 minutes for someone to come over. We should of walked out but stayed. The husband and another girl did our toes which actually turned out well. would never go back for the price (66 for gel pedicure)and the complete shambles the place was in. Not to mention the owner is pregnant with her third and found out they will be bringing all 3 children to work all day. No good...go somewhere else! read more

My mother went here because she was unable to get into her regular salon. Upon arrival, the woman she was scheduled with told her she didn't have an appointment. When my mother offered to leave she said she would take her. Then, the woman ordered lunch and proceeded to EAT while she did my mother's nails. Horrible experience. read more

Save your hard earned money!! My daughter and her roommate went here to get a hard gel mani and pedi. The OWNER was overwhelmed with doing both of their nails while caring for his screaming/crying 2 year old. He was on his phone the whole time taking calls from his wife and mom who were yelling at him, in between his watching of YouTube videos! My daughter and her roommate kept trying to tell him that they weren't pleased with their nails, but he was so "busy" with his screaming child, phone calls, and YouTube videos that he seemingly didn't care. They only got the manicure because of his poor attitude and service. They left and went to a reputable nail salon to get their nails done properly. The nail techs were shocked at how POORLY their nails were done at XO Nails and Spa! They called to get a refund and the owner refunded one, but not both. Both girls left Google reviews with pics on his business site. He then proceeded to leave a very NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL comment on one of the reviews... which he took down immediately after posting it. These two college students were looking for a relaxing nail appointment before finals/graduation and what they got was anxiety, stress, and CRAPPY NAILS from an overwhelmed, nasty, unprofessional "man" who has no business doing nails at a nail salon! read more
