One week later I received the flags and they were navy-blue at best. Sent Mark an email with a photo of the flag I received next to an actual black flag. No response via email so I drove the flags to the shop, Mark blamed it on the file I provided, said he would talk with his boss and see what they can do. I went back the next day, he said the best they could do is discount $20 on a new set of flags.. As a business owner myself, I know how important business relationships are - to start our relationship with a mistake and unwilling to correct the mistake completely burned this bridge. I had posted a project on yelp to look for someone to do some decals for my jeep. They got back to…read moreme in a timely manner here with a number that I could text for the rates. Also, being military owned was an influencer. For what I was looking for, they were the most reasonable and very responsive to my messages. We worked out all of the details before I got there, but saved the measuring for when I got there (because I don't do this professionally and they know more about how to make it fit in PhotoShop). I arrived at 930am on valentine's day. We did the measurements adjusted the graphics, got them printed out, and by 12ish, they were ready to go on. Martin is a perfectionist and was not happy with how the hood decal was looking and wanted to redo it. This was the largest decal I got so he asked me at 315 if I minded waiting for a little while longer while he reprinted and did it over. Fine with me, I wanted it to be right. By 430pm I was out and my ride looks sick. I would definitely recommend them if you need car decals or wraps. Check out the pics and decide for yourself. For me, it was worth the drive to North Las Vegas from Mountain's Edge for this job.
