Kind of rude and dismissive of customers inquiries. Clearly where some employees ( possibly manager…read morebut god I hope not) hang out when not working. Selection of products not so hot either. I'd probably avoid asking for anything specific if there's a big guy with long hair in the store, he's probably going to refer to it as "just another knock off" Of whatever brand they have in store & keep talking to the other employees.

I am originally from the atlanta area and came to the Xhale city in rome because I am very familiar…read morewith Xhale and their selection. I have never had a poor experience at one in all my years of using them until today. The old white lady at the front has zero customer service skills I walked in and smiled did not get greeted at all, no hello, hey or welcome in. The lady at the counter chuckled and screamed "let me see your ID" before I even took three steps in. I used to work at a vape store in my early twenties and have never not greeted a customer as they came through the door. The lady made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed. I came for pods and vape juice and only purchased pods from the store because I couldn't stand to be in this rude ladies presence anymore. Drove down the street to another vape store to grab vape juice and had a completely different experience with great customer service and a welcoming energy. I wouldn't recommend this location, there are vape stores all around the same area I would pick another one over this Xhale location every single time.

I will be recommending cloud nine to all my friends who smoke and vape! :)

She said someone came and swapped one that had problems before but they are good normally. I tried it Sunday evening and it wouldn't work. I charged it and still not working. Couldn't try it cause I was driving. Got home. Tried it. Won't work. Husband tried it. Won't work. Piece of crap and a store that sold something for 40 and won't stand behind it is a store I will never go in and buy anything else. Would NOT recommend this store and for sure not this pen. I would normally use this once a week. Sucks I never even got to take one drag off it!!
