First time to this local, newly-opened vape and smoke shop and was HIGHLY impressed. The prices here are about 40 - 50% less than what I've been paying just 1/2 a mile down the street and the selection of juices, mods and related items is really nice. I was honestly shocked when I was checked out. Jissan was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the business and the products they sell. Top notch customer service. I've been working for this company for over a year now and it continues to be a never ending nightmare. The owners only ever care about themselves and money it's basically to hell with their employees. They cut our checks won't allow us to accept tips from customers. I get harassed nearly every single day by customers having call the police and they never do anything. I recently received my bi-weekly paycheck from them (9-12-24) and went on about my business, well the following (9-13-24) I go in for my shift and decide to go next to grab a drink. I got to pay and my card declines for insufficient funds, so I go and take a look at my banking account and I see it's negative $100. So I look at my transactions and see that they did a reversal on my check! I immediately call my manager to figure out what's going on and he goes to get in touch with the owner. The owner claims he has no idea what's going on and that it's a bug? Claiming that they were hacked, you would think they had better security to prevent a breach like this. They claim they can't do anything until Monday (9-16-24) as it's currently the weekend, and then has the audacity to say that I'll be okay because it's just for a few days, like no I won't be I have bills to pay! Mouths to feed! And my account is in overdraft! But it's easy for them to say as they sit in their house with marble floors out by the pool drinking mimosas! Probably with an account full of money. It's actually disgusting how they run their business! They absolutely do no give a flying F about their customers or their employees. I left in the middle of my shift and do not intend on going back until I receive my check! If they can't have a lick of empathy for me then I can't for them! Please whatever you do steer clear from them in a customer and employee standpoint it's not worth it they'll F you over in some shape or form! Run don't walk! It honestly blows my mind they've been able to stay in business for 13 years. read more

selection is ok bout the same as everyone else's prices aren't bad and always had friendly service but there's this new guy cpl weeks back outside on the phone cursing when I got there was in the store by my self a minute had an attitude then turn around call to see if they had a bulb dude answered me no soon as I got it out my mouth same dude I think place is already going down hill just because of him I will not go back in there I'm. sitting here with out juice right now because I refuse to go in there and try to deal with that again read more
