Malik or that could be his fake name, stated that we don't do refunds I asked him if I could see the policy stating that they do not redo refunds in black-and-white. They said we choose when we want to do refunds, then he proceeded to shoo me out the store and threatened to kick me out. No, I did not raise my voice, I did not say any obscenities, I just wanted to know why I could not return the item or why the item could not be traded. I remove myself from the store, because I was afraid that he would have escalated the problem, he was shaking and yelling at me. I was extremely confused how it escalated to this.
