I even take my 12 yrs old daughter, the first time it was with another girl but now I will have her seeing Brooke as a regular for her eyebrows. P.S Broke does take her time to do your wax, maybe first timers should read reviews from regular customers and schedule their appointments plus if you walked in you'll get anyone available, just saying.

They scheduled me for 1:30 with Nicole. The place is low key but nice and every staff member I spoke with were very friendly. My esthetician, Brandy went over the Brazilian wax and made me super comfortable. She chatted with me and worked quickly and effectively. I lost any nervousness in the first 3 seconds. When it was finished she went over aftercare instructions, showed me their product line, and it was all over in 20 minutes. I booked my next appointment and took advantage of their buy 3 get 1 free for the summer.

I felt like she was applying a lot of wax, further in than usual, but then thought I was paranoid. When she handed me the mirror, it was immediately obvious my brows were messed up. When I said they were uneven, she acted surprised and said she didn't see where they were uneven. My right eyebrow is shorter and a different shape than my left!! Luckily it was my first (and only) time there, so I didn't have to pay for the brow wax anyway. I've never had my brows messed up like this, and now I have to start a new job Monday being self-conscious about them. The positives: the atmosphere is nice, front desk was nice, pricing isn't bad, and the wax is the kind that doesn't break my sensitive skin out into a million bumps. The negatives: see photo

There was no additional conversation or communication--the refund just showed up--but I am genuinely grateful they ultimately made it right. I'm leaving my original review up because I do think the experience is important for future customers to know about. What started as a simple attempt to reschedule turned into weeks of calls, messages, complaints and a LOT more effort than should have been necessary to resolve a pretty straightforward issue. That said, I never wanted anything beyond a fair resolution. I received the refund I asked for, I appreciate that EWC ultimately did the right thing, and I'm happy to consider the matter resolved. My advice to anyone purchasing a prepaid Wax Pass would simply be to read the cancellation/refund policies carefully and keep track of your remaining sessions. I'm glad this is finally behind me!
