Although there are a few ice cream shops along Avenida Marina (one of the main streets in this part of A Coruña), Heladeria Colon was my favorite of the shops we tried. Because my first choice (turron) was no longer available, I selected a cone of the crema tostada flavor. The ice cream tasted just like the classic dessert that is made using eggs, sugar, and milk. The texture of the ice cream itself was so smooth and creamy. 2 Euro well-spent!
