Employee John at this location has a poor attitude and extremely rude. I went in today to return…read moresome parts for my front end and pick up a seat bar that I had on hold. He brought two small boxes to the counter which clearly to me were not a away bar which is the entire width of my cars front end. He abruptly cut me off in annoyance. I am also a female completely aware of what I was searching for as I had spoken to the manager previous day to have the part set a side. This location is within walking distance of where I live. The manager is very kind but because of John and his poor customer service I took my $200 and spent it else were. I work in retail and auto part stores are a dime a dozen. John is not helping your business at this location and needs an adjustment to his poor attitude. Thanks to Josh at O'Reillys for getting me what I needed with a smile and kindness.
