Had to wait because they didn't have enough barbers. Then came this nasty sweaty dude in a basketball jersey who was super pissed off. He went ham on my head. I showed him a pic of what I wanted, a low fade, and this guy gave me a high fade. I told him I'm growing the top for a side part and yet he cut it all off. He also mumbled some shit and I couldn't hear him so I said whatever- then he cut my sideburns off. Then when I asked if he could just buzz it all off he said it'll be another $15 extra. Not sure if they can cut hair, but they have terrible service. Scheduled 6:15 appt, sat there for half hour. There was a stylist in front of me doing nothing the whole time. She said I was scheduled with the other stylist who was with a client. He never even acknowledged me. After a few min past appt time, would have been nice if someone had told me they are running half hour late, or offered to have a different stylist cut my hair. Rude. Poorly run business. read more

I have been going to this barber shop for about 3 months already. My fav barber is Dave. The staff is friendly, always something on the TV screens, so customers will be entertained somehow, while they do their jobs. Dave is a young, skilled and very good barber, taking care of my hair and facial hair. Price- they are not expensive, but reasonable. Also, I usually make my appointment, and usually meet my barber on time. I have not experienced any issues with tardiness from their side. I drive 20 miles to get my kid's haircut by Johnny because he does a really great job. This last time I took him was the 2nd time that we get to the shop and Johnny is nowhere to be found and they claim he called us and canceled our appointment but he never did that. Then they have some random chick cut my kid's hair and it was so bad. They are lucky my husband was there and not me because I would not have paid for that crappy cut. Went in to Xclusive on a random day to get a haircut and was happy to hear that they accepted walk ins. I loved that I was greeted when I walked in and not ignored like at other barber shops. They were able to get to me right away and immediately I felt comfortable. Olivia was the person who cut my hair and she did an amazing job. She kept asking me questions about how I wanted my hair to be cut and I appreciated that because it felt nice to be involved every step of the way. I told her how I was displeased with the last person that did my beard and after hearing the story and what I wanted, she did my beard perfectly. Not to mention she has an awesome personality and she is very easy to talk to. She gave me a first time special price and really outdid herself. Great haircuts, worst possible service. My haircuts would always take too long and my barber would be chatting with other Barbers while cutting my hair leaving me waiting an hour for a haircut. Worse, she double booked my appointment with another one so I wasted my time driving down at 9 in the morning. So I've only had one barber but bottom line is great cuts horrible service with all the barbers. Business hours say open at 8 and yet no one is here yet at 9. read more
