I heard rumors but didn't believe them. Well, believe them. It's a horrible place to work and the moral is horrible. Seen many employees in tears and the constant screaming and trying to control every little item isn't motivating to the employees. Could be a good business if the family stepped out of it and let the management they hired actually do their jobs. Think they've forgotten they're not in India anymore and we do things differently in the United States. Constantly have jobs open because people don't stay. WOW! I can't believe I haven't reviewed Larry's!…read more Alright, in the interest of full-disclosure, I used to teach the drums here. Saturday mornings, after working until 1 am, I was there, tea in hand. Larry's has grown tremendously since moving to their new digs, and what's even better, they built all that stuff in their acoustic guitar room. SERIOUSLY!! And the teaching rooms - I'm jealous. My favorite sight in the store though rests on a Tama drumset "Please don't play the drums" Larry's isn't the biggest store ever, but they really do epitomize the phrase "small town service" Locals guys who know their stuff, and will bend over backwards to make you happy. Highly recommended.

When we went to the house to inspect our new flooring, to our surprise, only the laminate was installed. Of course, we called to ask why the carpet was put in. Their response was the salesman "forgot" to schedule the carpet installation and, because it wasn't scheduled, the carpet would not be installed until the middle of May. That's certainly not good customer service. If you buy from National Carpet Mill Outlet be sure all the "t's are crossed and the i's dotted."

This is the second year in a row they've been accommodating and held back a rose I was searching for for me. Extremely nice people, great selection of roses. Highly recommend!
