As it turned out they have a new fan, I was delighted with my haircut. I loved the premises, very funky modern decor, with a clean and airy atmosphere. No loud music that you sometimes find at hairdressers, just a calming back ground. Being a Monday I was fortunate to get a last minute appointment when I realised a haircut was long overdue, so they managed to fit me in during my lunch hour. Linda, one of the senior Stylists cut my hair, I took a pic and she followed it to the letter. She did a fantastic job and I probably wouldn't have needed the pic. Very pleased with my hair. The Colour House is recommended, I'll be going back.

My second most regular beauty hangout after my nail salon!…read more This hairdressers is very continent for me as its a concession inside my gym, which is why I started going here and actually it's turned out to be excellent. The staff are very friendly and Lucy my hairdresser is very good at what she does. They consult with you when you first arrive to what service you want doing and will discuss any changes u want from what u might normally do. You get a pot of tea and biscuits (or any other beverage you fancy) when you first get seated and then your beauty process begins! Not much else to say except I'm always very pleased with the results and will continue to use this salon

I've been here twice now to get my hair cut. I paid £31 for a wash, cut and blowdry. My hair was done by the guy I'm guessing owns this branch. He is a nice Italian gentleman who provides you with tea or coffee and a good chat. He gave me lots of ideas of things that could be done to my hair- highlights to accentuate the colour, a full head of colour in my natural shade to hide old colour growing out, and never cut anything without checking it was what I wanted. I like the fact that, although he recommended I use a heat treatment on my hair, he did not try and sell me any products. Both times I have received many compliments after my haircut. It may not seem like a trendy or fashionable place to go but at least you know exactly what you're paying (rather than from £xx).

I came out 100% loving my haircut and new hair colour and am definately going to return enough times to soon be counted as a 'regular'. On a positive note, everyone who works here seems really nice and there's plenty of parking outside. However, the place is absolutely tiny. The smallest business I've been into I think! I was in and out of the door in about 15 minutes and was really disappointed with the result - it was a 'get home and tidy with the kitchen scissors' job. As I say, the hairdresser was really nice, as was the girl on reception, but I'm 27 and I was the youngest person in the place by about 25 years. That's not a bad thing - I was just looking for somewhere trendy and funky and this certainly isn't it.
