I'm not a massive girly girl in that way so I don't think a manicure will be a regular thing for me. Salon manger completely disregarded responsibility and manager argued with me for 15 mins saying SHE "was happy with the color" debating that my very obvious black hair, was brown. I had two other professional salons confirm my hair was almost black and two toned darker than what was meant to be. Lovely service when I first came, as soon as things took a wrong, the WORST SERVICE EVER! Instead of rectifying mistake or anything to please a very unhappy customer by offering a re-color or at least removal of color I was kicked out of the salon!
