They have the best pedicures around, but I don't care for how they have done my nails in the past.

I'm not one to write a review but this experience was so bad that I feel like I owe it to others to let you know to go somewhere else. Absolute worst experience of any nail salon I've ever been to!! Called to see if they had any openings available & was told to come on in. Arrived & there were only three workers & over ten customers. They immediately sat myself & two girls & "started" on us. I now know what they were doing...they did just enough so we couldn't leave. After almost four hours, they had still not finished with any of us nor painted my daughter's toes. I finally spoke up & told them not to worry about her toes. We couldn't wait any longer. The nail tech did a horrible job on my nails. They are all different lengths & didn't allow them to cure. Within one hour, polish had already peeled off of one nail & after one day, all but two nails have peeled off. Save your time & money & go elsewhere! read more

Went in for simple mani pedi...pedi was ok but didn't even push cuticles back or trim dead skin...you can literally see thru the polish, SO BAD. Manicure was worse than the pedi, cold water no cuticle clean up at all, but at least the polish was ok. Do not recommend ever! read more

I get my nails done here randomly and each time I'm more dissatisfied. I asked for French tip, and when he did the first finger I told him no just make it solid because you could literally see the tip of the nail. I've never been to a salon that can't do French tip. The techs also CLEARLY talk about you in their language which is so rude! As soon as I asked him to just do solid color they started talking and laughing. The male who did my nails is very rough bending my finger tips any which way and yanking my hand around. I'm not sure how this place stays open. read more

Such a long wait They still haven't started I've been soaking for an hour and a half. They've had to refill my water 3 times now and the machine is like making a weird noise because they've had it running for so long it's not even busy! there is only one girl waiting 2 getting there fingers done and 2 getting there toes painted and then one of the workers keeps going in the back she hasn't done much. My two friends and have have been going to X9 since probably April or before. Don and all of his workers have always treated us like family since the first time we walked into his shop. The shop is super clean and never has there been any issues. We usually all get dipped and it never chips or lifts. Excellent job! We walk out with toes and nails looking fantastic and go back to another appointment the next month and they look just as good as the day we left except longer. Lol I highly recommend them! On September 16th my mom and I came in for pedicures and nails under a reservation for my sons wedding. We both sat together for the pedicures, but where separated clear acrossed the room for nails. The lady who did my toes did my nails, but wasn't qualified to do designs like I wanted. She cut my big toe pretty bad with the nail file. She was the youngest one there, so might have been new. Let it go. My mom's nails all fell off before a week was up but since she was only in town for the wedding she couldn't go back to get them fixed. 1st red flag to myself. On Thursday September 15th I took my teenage daughter (one thing she wanted to do on fall break) to get a full acrylic set and myself a refill since it was a month from getting them on. We saw the same nail tech because it was busy and easier that way. She kept hitting my cuticles with the drill and telling me to relax. She was going so fast she was making me hurt and bleed. They was busy. 3 days later all my daughter's nails have fallen off. I messaged Don on Facebook and he seemed understanding and said to bring her in. So today I take her in and he knew I was coming. None of the girls knew about the situation and no one knew what to do. A phone call was made to Don and the phone was given to me. He pretty much yelled at me and called my daughter a lier. Wasn't going to put a new set on cause of company policy that he still hasn't let me read. He said he didn't remember what I told him yesterday. That there is no way that after 3 days they all fall off and would only give me a discount. Um, no thanks why would I give you more money when I didn't get my $50 worth. Daughter and I left, definitely won't be back. One more thing, she didn't change her gloves in-between the two of us. read more

OVER CHARGING !! Happened to me, and 3 other ppl. I know. I didn't pay it. They are trying to steal money. Inconsistent results.

Never will i be going back there. The new people that have bought X9 and taken over are terrible. I went in just wanting a simple dip set with an almond tip and nude color with a basic little white squiggly line. They gave me a purple color. I was told they couldn't do dip if i wanted the white line on it which is untrue because the previous owner and his employees would do it for me every. time. So anyways, he was putting the acrylic on my nails and they are very bulky, chunky, bigger than my actual nail bed and he was basically pouring the acrylic onto my nails and it was falling onto the paper towels. Then for the painting they passed along to someone else who put this purple color on my nails. Not even close to the color I wanted. Tried to attempt the white "design", it was awful, how hard can it be to do a SQUIGGLY line, so I told them nevermind. I asked them to just file my nails into a square shape and just slap some black polish on them and call it a day and i was told "No that would be a waste of our time and a waste of your time". Even though i'm paying for the services. So I said nevermind im done and they were "gracious" enough to give me $10 off and said next time I come in that they would do the design and give me a discount but no i will not be returning to X9 nails. read more
