With that said, its a big project. There were several teams that needed direction and communication and Boone was our job site foreman, Boone, was THAT guy. Literally the second i met him, I just knew we were going to be taken care of. He wasn't pushy, he had great relationships with all the guys on crews, he was knowledgeable and engaging. There were some hiccups that happen when you tear apart open a 70 year old home, but JB quickly addressed these items for us, and did not detour how I viewed my overall experience. We were supposed to get our roof done in 2020, they came to our home walked on the roof did the…read morenormal consultation and we signed the contract that day. They said the work will start in 4-6 weeks due to it still being cold out, which was fine. We wait and wait no one comes so we call and they tell us they don't do townhomes They don't do townhomes but yet they came and had checked the roof out beforehand , they knew it was a townhome at the time of signing the contract and not once did the two guys tell me they don't work on townhomes and instead tricked me, we had paid with the check from our insurance and because we had to cancel our contract outside of the cancellation window we lost over $1000 of that money to them, due to no fault of our own. We did get our insurance money back but not the full amount even though it was not our fault we were not told they didn't work on townhomes. They lied straight to us took our money didn't even do the work and did not give us the full amount back. If you have a duplex or a townhome do not go through them, I wouldn't recommend to anyone honestly because that was so shitty of these people to do this. Thanks a lot Josh Angie and mr.Broaddies

I had been collaborating with Frank Dixon regarding the roof replacement issues. I inquired whether Frank's company also handled porch work. Frank played a crucial role in organizing everything. On 5/22/2025 Manny and Julian arrived slightly before 8:30 AM. They informed me of their arrival at my residence. Manny and Julian took measurements for the materials, letting me know they would head to the store and return. They came back in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the porch replacement. Additionally, I truly appreciated their professionalism and the respect they showed for my property during the construction process. I would recommend and certainly use TRC's services again in the future.

I had to get the BBB involved and then finally it got done a week later. He knew this was an insurance job and started threatening me (with interest) for the money the day after it was completed even though my insurance check was not coming for a couple days. Also, there was "BLOODY" fingerprints on the inside rim of my new skylight, which he told me I have to clean myself with a bleach solution and roof nails left on my driveway and yard! Rob said I was getting a "FREE" upgrade (because of the wait time) to a corning roof, but when I looked at the original contract, I signed it was for a corning roof. So, what upgrade?? I do NOT recommend All Square Roofing!
