One door included also replacing the frame, and the other door required building up the frame and installing a metal security door. Oh yes, he also installed a set of closet doors. The second job was to laying around 150 square feet of concrete. With this, Charles also had to relocate sprinklers and a drain. The third job was painting the house exterior. (2650 sq. ft.). This involved power washing, repairs to stucco and trim, replacing facia, knowing how to walk on tile, removing tile and replacing it in order to paint trim. removing dents in the metal front door, and paying attention to the numerous details this house has. I sent Charles pictures of his completed job, so that you could see the scope of the work involved. The operative word for Charles is reliability. He is also kind, well mannered, and consederate. To my knowledge, his skill leaves nothing to be desired. This is a family operation. Charles brings with him his older son, and his father of vast knowledge. You will enjoy meeting and working with them.

Becarfulle hiring all three of these contractors !!!!!!!!!!They were contracted to install a new sewer line of 117 feet!!! They only installed Half of the line , leaving my home to continue to back up. They also dug it up in the middle of the winter and left 4feet of dirt along a side walk un protected. The dirt kept washing onto my side walk causing my tenents to vacate the home. The basement contiued to back up because the installed pipe was shorted. The contract was from the town hook up to the foundation witch was well short of that .
