I was trying to file a WY LLC, enjoying the privacy service, but asked for one additional article to be added during the filing (the state form provides a form field where this can be copy/pasted in, its really a 2 second thing). These Registered Agents refused to do it. Its part of filing the state form! they told me they dont do a custom articles filing. Then, why are they entering my custom selected name! makes no sense. While you are a customer, they are very good. The service is exactly as it is indicated on their website. After they have come to the understanding that you may not need their services in the immediate future, their service fails. Keep in mind that any money you give them will never be refunded and that you are not paying for a defined service period. If you pay them for 1 year of service, no prorated refund is available. Additionally, the words "will not be renewing" translate to them as "cancel immediately", after which you are told that any future mail they may receive will be held hostage for $50. This is true even if you are in the period for which you have previously paid. I was preparing to recommend them highly due to the services they provide when you are an active customer, but just keep in mind that they do not put any value on repeat business. 2 stars because they give good service for the cost while you are an active customer. If I could do 0 stars I would. We discontinued the service days after opening an account. They refunded the payment canceled the service. And then continued to charge me for the next 6 months. Emailed them about the issue, and after multiple interactions they finally removed the card from the account but still won't close it. Even though we already had a confirmation of it getting closed out once. So far they aren't going to refund the last 6 months of charges after we canceled services either. I transferred my entities from Anderson Business Advisors to Wyoming RA Services back in 2022 and I've been happy with their service. They send me renewal reminders on time and do all the filings promptly. Their online portal has everything I need for filings and payments (although their landing page after login is confusing to me). They have never double-charged me. There were a couple of times I reached out directly to their support and they replied promptly, courteously. DON'T FORM LLC IN WY and definitely not with this group. You should realize that unless you are from the state of WY, you will have to form another LLC in your home state regardless, as anyone, even those doing online e-commerce business and not dealing in any 'products' or 'offices' or 'warehouses' will need to file an LLC in the home state where they 'conduct business'. I learned the hard way and tried to get a refund, and they will not do it, even though the state allows for refunds. WY as a state is cool because they will give you a refund if you didn't realize this. However, because the Wyoming Registered Agent Services did the paperwork, they will not help handle the refund as the refund would go to them and not the state. Customer service was rude and passive aggressive. Did not help me at all and ended their email with 'I hope this helps :)' . See this email below from one of their agents named Millie: "Unfortunately, since you hired us to form the LLC and did not file directly with the state yourself, you would not be able to request a refund from the state. Wow... 20 filtered reviews to 3 reviews that stuck! Lots of low-quality reviews here that were filtered. I'm not surprised though as I think this is a shady business and I wouldn't recommend them. It would be great if Google had the same filtering practices as Yelp - then this business wouldn't have many 5-star reviews at all. Why I dislike this company: I had dissolved my Wyoming LLC. Some woman from W.R.A.S. called me and stated I would need to cancel VIA their website. I told her I had tried to reset my password and didn't receive an e-mail (I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had this problem). She stated she would reset my password. Guess what? I never received an e-mail for a password reset. Days later I e-mail them and I'm given a new password. I respond to the e-mail asking for cancellation instructions. It took several days to receive these. After receiving the instructions, logging into the correct part of the website and following the instructions I'm shocked to learn they want to charge me a late fee which according to the website is accrued daily. Shady! They may be able to pile on those 5-star Google reviews with accounts that only reviewed them but luckily Yelp won't let that happen on their site. read more

The worst RA I have dealt with in WY. They changed my address at the WY SOS without my approval or even notice to me, causing major issues. The issues involved additional mail to them at both addresses. Once you receive 8 items every additional item you are charged $15 to see. Even IF they cause all the additional mail! Not knowing what caused the issue I was forced to dissolve most of my WY LLC's. Once they are dissolved if you send change of addresses for the address you believe is the address, the one used every year for annual reports, and something comes in to the address THEY changed it to, they want $50 for you to receive your mail. Transferred my WY legal entities to these folks for RA service. I found them to be honest and reliable, and a great source of information if you choose to do things on your own, but if you don't have the time they will take care of just about anything legal entity related. I will definitely continue to use them in the future for additional services. Some of the prior reviews I think confuse the RA with an actual business owner but the Registered Agent is not the business owner and does not run the business, they do provide a valuable service for business owners (many today are virtual) that do not have the time or resources to have a physical presence in WY (a wonderful business and cryptocurrency friendly state...). read more

I gave them a physical address and they want me to provide proof that my business operates there (no llc formed yet) or have utilities. They are trying to enforce a policy where they must verify an address and they are disguising it as Wyoming law. I looked and she shared the statue and no where does it say proof is needed. Yes, you have the OPTION of getting things done via their automated services, and that's a good thing.
