charged before work was done, worked on it, but did not fix it. They are NOT local, and you have to do most of the work. Charged 162 for nothing, said they did the work on another computer to "speed it up." Did not do that. I asked for a refund, they keep saying we will call you. Awful company. Upgraded my phone and they sent me a defective one and sent a new one the next day…read more Said 60 days to send it back. I sent it back got an email that said I only had 15 days to send it back. Now they put a 700 plus charge on my account. Been dealing with this for a week. They Want it paid in full by today. Won't even give me two more days til payday. All because they don't want to deal with the defective phone they sent in the first place.
