But he was misinformed. I was 0 for 2 calling and trying to talk to an actual person from this office. That would have saved me the trouble of driving down here to find out they could not help me. The person explained that they have certain policies on what they can offer signature guarantees for, even though I have an account with them. Well, I sure would have liked to know that before wasting my time driving here. To be fair, the nice person at this office was very pleasant.
